Cheap. I saw something similar at a friends house so I bought it for my kids. This one is hard and not easy or soft to open and close by hand, let alone for a kid. The color or dye also comes off easily On the dinosaur.

I used this puppet for a cake topper and it was perfect! After my children were able to play with both of them. They like to play with them in the pool/bath.
