We purchased this set for our daughter's birthday. She was so excited as she had wanted this for a long time and it was her main birthday gift request. Unfortunately she spent her birthday upset and disappointed because the set was missing a hamster and pieces of the little food! It's an incomplete set! Not only that but there were no instructions to assemble the product, and functionally the little lever you push that is supposed to move the cart up and down keeps getting stuck and it won't lift the cart allowing the hamster to push it on the track. It's a really cute toy and I wish that it had all of its pieces because my daughter wanted this so badly. Unfortunately we are requesting a refund and sending this back. It does my daughter no good without all of the pieces needed to play. There was too much wrong and missing to just accept this product. It was supposed to be brand new but it seems to me like we possibly got a product that maybe pieces were thrown in a box or something because it just did not all seem new and too much was missing. Our high hopes for this product left us completely disappointed and let down. If the pieces had all been there then I would say this would have been a great toy and a great gift. The build quality is decent and how Toys are typically made these days. A tad flimsy but not terrible, and the value is not the greatest but is fair. If you do decide to buy it make sure you have all of the little food items and BOTH hamsters before assembling. And make sure you have all of the stickers. Also maybe check it out yourself before you give it as a gift to make sure it's all there. That way you don't end up with a disappointed child like I did ESPECIALLY if it's for a birthday or holiday.

The track is a good size. As others have stated, yes…the hamsters come off the track. So, it did not work the best, but my niece still enjoyed it. I just think they could have designed this better with today’s knowledge, technology, and prices.

My 3yo daughter has been OBSESSED with hamsters and has been trying to get a hamster so we got her this toy instead. She LOVES it. Played with it for nearly 4 hours a first day. I'm giving it 4 stars though as the battery life seems sub par, the hamsters can be glitchy to get them to work, the hamsters vibrating can be annoying, and I really with it had extra plain track in it so you could easily just set up a track for the hamsters to go around.All in all, my girl loves it. She also loves just letting the hamsters "run around" on the kitchen floor. If your kid loves the idea of hamsters or mice, this would be s good toy.v

I gave this to my soon to be four year old granddaughter and she absolutely loved it! It took less than 2 minutes to assemble and she played with it and the 2 hamsters all day long!

Niece loved this! She’s been wanting a real hamster, and this helped to curb that desire.Hamsters were smaller then I expected, but she loves being able to put one in her pocket and carry it with her.Hamsters stay on track pretty well, but do come off sometimes.

The item came as described. My 6 year-old son loved how the little hamsters scurried about. The instructions were a bit lacking but everything was self-explanatory. The hardest part was figuring out where the stickers go based on the instructions provided. I had a slight problem with one of the included hamsters, however once I contacted the seller they got back to me instantly and got it resolved in no time!
