Saved me so much money when I put these on every exterior door instead of installing a screen door. All my doors lead to a screened lanai or screened porch so a screen door wasn't necessary but I needed to keep the dogs in the house when the doors where open and I couldn't supervise them because I have a pool. Installing these have allowed me to open the doors and keep the dogs safe without spending hundreds on each door.

The gate was actually perfect and easy to install. I needed it for a high traffic area and it became a pain to open it and close it (too heavy for my 7 year old to open it). If you will be going back and forth through the gate multiple times a day I wouldn't recommend this style.

It’s a great idea, but just doesn’t work well. Kids and animals can go under it with no issue even if it’s low to the ground. Also, if you aren’t careful, the netting gets wadded up when it retracts

We purchased this for the top of the stairs as we didn't want something heavy or something that would ruin the banister or wall. This is a great option! The material is great quality, the gate is simple to figure out with the red/green sticker and does the job! For the material, you initially think it's going to be flimsy but then once you install it, you are surprised by how tight and durable the screen is. We liked it so much we bought a 2nd!

Pros:1) enough to deter a wandering baby2) strong enough for baby to lean on3) “stores away” nicely in its own little spot since it’s retractable.4) looks nice5) long enough to fit our “bigger than a doorway” opening6) definitely worth it for the price!Cons:1) have to drill 8 holes in the wall to install.2) has a strong draw-back so it takes a little bit of hand strength if you’re opening, closing, or latching with one hand.3) button may be a little bit difficult for small children to push before being able to open. My 5 year old needs help pushing the button on one gate from the opposite side, but is able to unlock it when she stands on the side where the gate is attached to the wall.

This gate is perfect. It’s very sturdy! It locks in a tight fashion so the baby can’t crawl under it. Very easy to use and install. The retractability is fantastic. It looks nice in our living room. We have a large walkthrough and it still has room should we need it to open more. I would recommend this to anyone needing a gate animals or infants.

My small dog destroyed this is less time than it took me to install it. It's probably fine for babies, but I would not suggest it to keep dogs out of kitchen.

It was very easy to put together and install…very easy instructions. I used it for just a week or two on the top of my steps, and my pups knew that even when the gate was “open”, they started staying at the top of the steps and wait for me to go down and open the door before coming down!!! I am still using it when I want them in one area or the other. I used it to keep the pups out when I had to make the bed and get everything together before allowing them up…amazing product!!!
