I have used this particular brand of printer paper, and it works great. My Canon printer has never jammed so far, and it works well for both duplex and single printing features. It works well with my laser printer, as it's neither too heavy nor too light. The color is just right (not too bright or too dull). The paper arrives in great condition, with no visible damages. I'd highly recommend.

I've used Hammermill for 20+ years and have had no problems. Still no problems, but when the order arrived (on time as indicated), it was double-boxed. The lid of the internal box was broken at a corner and about 50-60 sheets were wrinkled and bent. I would have returned it except that I NEED a thousand sheets for a job to deliver Wednesday. It's still a good deal, but next time I'll buy individual reams rather than the Express Pack. Individually packed reams survive a lot better. Good deal ends up being not so good, but it's still a great product.

I initially worried about ordering a whole case from Amazon and wondered how well it would survive shipping. You really can't risk a nice laser printer on questionable paper, so it could have been a huge mistake if the paper got dinged in transit, or absorbed moisture, or went stale as paper sometimes can. I'm still sorry for our wonderful UPS driver who had to wrestle this thing from her truck to our front door. But I have to tell you, the paper is terrific. It was a very good price (with Prime shipping), and this paper is just as good as our last purchase of high quality multi-purpose paper at a higher price at our local discount office supply store. Good choice -- I'm delighted to have given it a try and will undoubtedly reorder. Thanks again, Amazon!UPDATE 9/21/12:WARNING: It's no longer available directly from Amazon with Prime shipping, and the costs varies widely among the other suppliers, so check both price and shipping fees carefully if you order. But remember that, as long as you order from Amazon, Amazon's wonderful customer service is on your side even when a third party fulfills the order. If there should be some unexpected problem with the shipping (if the paper gets dinged, or wet, etc.), call Amazon customer service. My experience is that they can make anything right, and they do. :)
