These shorts are lightweight and great for sports or outdoor play. This is a shorter style, so be aware of that. If you kid likes a longer short, these are NOT to the knee, but a couple inches above.

Good shorts. Size is appropriate. My grandson says they are comfortable. They are standard shorts they he says he will wear a lot. They are made well.

Purchased size: extra smallGot this for a skinny 6 year old to use when playing outside. Fit well. Comfortable to wear. Allows for good range of movement. Fabric quality is OK and the fabric itself is soft. Could be a good purchase if your kid is sensitive to material sensation.

I ordered these shorts for my son. The material is typical material used for basketball shorts and it breathable. The elastic waist adds good stretch. They look like standard athletic shorts. And are comfortable to move and exercise. They wash well and didn’t shrink. The only thing to note is that they do run a bit small. You may want to size up.

Definitely size up. I ordered the 7-8 for my petite 7 year old and they just fit him. Any smaller and they wouldn't work. They also seem a bit shorter in person. But they'll work, good for practice and play.

These shorts are a little disappointing. The fabric is very soft and comfy to wear. However, it’s very thin and with meshes, so it can be seen through and reveals the skin tone of the legs. Also, as athletic shorts, it is a little too short by design. My son may use it as a sleep wear in summer at home.
