Nice quality- light weight- need to stain be sure to use polyurethane after and dry well, also might use a protecter on back of ladder when hanging blankets on it- it can leave marks on the wall but overall ok quality and easy to assemble

I didn’t know my blankets needed a ladder, but apparently, they do! This blanket ladder is not only a stylish addition to my living room, but it also keeps my throws off the floor and looking fancy. The wood is sturdy, and it’s perfect for hanging everything from blankets to scarves (or even that one hoodie I always lose). It’s like a VIP section for my blankets, and honestly, they deserve it. If you want to treat your cozy stuff right, this ladder is the way to go!

Very well made blanket ladder. I was looking for something simple in design. This works perfectly!

If the company makes this right I’ll be sure to edit the review to state how it was handled.Currently: The wood is very cheap knotted wood for the price you’re paying. The holes that the screws go through do not line up properly. Some of the cross bars or steps are missing the female end for the screws so you might need some if your own hardware. Almost every piece of wood either has a crack, chip, or splinter developing and is raw wood so it will definitely tear up some blankets. The black paint on the wood looks like it’s been pulled from a fire if thats your cup of tea (aka charcoal wood) but the paint is not consistent & some spots are incredibly thin while a few are very dense.Unfortunately, I will be returning this item and regret as a prior millworker & carpenter not just building one for the house. Supplies will be 1/2 price & can have a high quality product.

There were several splits in the wood, and I would have returned, but I didn’t want to have to put it back in the box after unwrapping and laying out all of the pieces. The wood is very soft so when you’re screwing in the screws, little slivers of wood break off and drop into the screw hole and/ or floor. The splits and damaged pieces didn’t prevent the product from being assembled, and once completed, it looked nice and held the blankets okay, which was the purpose of my purchase.

This was a pretty good blanket ladder - a Christmas gift for my daughter. There was a pretty strong chemical smell when I took it out of the box. Not sure what that was, but it dissipated over time. Some of the stain came off on my hand while I was putting it together, and the wood is kind of rough. For these reasons, if it were mine, I'd put a coat of polycrylic on it before using it, so that the stain or splinters wouldn't ruin blankets. Offered to do this for my daughter, but she was fine with it. It is attractive and functional.
