It was actually very juvenile. So I would really recommend this for toddlers who are getting into styling vs your 1st graders. There is not much complexity. Very different from the models I had as a child in the early 90s! Everything was low quality and I don't think they would hold up much. The 3 year old had fun with it but the child it was intended for said it was a baby toy. So hope that helps the parents out there.

This is such a great gift for girls. Even though its off brand it, it really looks similar in various ways. Please definitely bring out the classic. That early 2000 tide, when it came to hair in makeup for these specific dolls. I had one when I was little, so just funny a Dube. That is somewhat similar. Was just a great find for me. I. Tested this gift to a niece of mine to see if she would actually enjoy it. And how? She would play with it out of all the toys She got for Christmas. This was the one that she would just not let go of this is the 1 that she wanted to set up first. The one that she played with the majority of the night. So i'm very, very happy with this because it's definitely something that would keep your little girl busy and productive. I got this doll head for my 7 year old granddaughter who is really into doing makeup and hair right now - however I was a bit disappointed that it was small (see pic of doll head next to a normal sized coffee mug) and the hair is very thin and cheap feeling. The accessories were cute but nothing fancy and it did come with some things she can use on herself (makeup and finger/toe separators). She did apply makeup to the head and played with it for about 30 min then that was it and she has never in the past month played with it again. My suggestion would be to put some money with it and get a bigger or name brand one of these.

My 2-year-old daughter loves this styling head! It's her first one and she's having so much fun learning to do different hairstyles.The hair is easy for her to work with, and the accessories make it even more fun. She also enjoys using the pretend makeup to give the doll a makeover.It is a bit on the small side, which is perfect for my daughter, but something to keep in mind if you have an older toddler.

This doll head came with a lot of accessories and was a wonderful gift for my kid. The doll is a little flimsy but was functional easy to comb and style the hair and use the various decorative hair accessories . The blow dryer can be used with a battery and functions with air as well . The nail polishes work and are easy for my daughter to use. The doll is light and doesn't weigh a lot. The doll is not big but the size of my two hands put together but My daughter likes to be creative and style hair so this was perfect for her is a great product .
