Founded 50 years ago as a family-owned business, Haflinger is the largest manufacturer of boiled wool in Germany. Have worn this brand of shoe for as long as I can remember. I wear a size 8.5 in a sneaker but for this style shoe and Birks I am a 38. I like a snug fit because the upper will stretch out over time. These shoes will last for years if taken care of. I will seal the cork every season because I do wear them outside in the winter months. I also have an indoor pair I use, they're nice on the hardwood floors. They help with PF and bone spur issues I have.

Great shoes. Had then for about a week. As a college student who walks 7ish miles a day around campus these are the most comfy shoes I own. I had birkenstock arizonas and they hurt my feet so much, crocs are too soft, allbirds are meh, new balance 9060s were good but only lasted a semester. These seem nice and durable and molded to my feet in less than 3 days. In warmer weather (70+) would definitely wear socks though bc my feet sweat a ton. Outsole is good, 0 signs of wear which was my main concern as my birks got destroyed fast. Size is the same as birks or your regular tennis shoe size -1 US size. They fit like a glove if you wear socks, or if barefoot they have a little room but nothing worrying just something to consider. Most comfy shoes I own by far though and provide good support. Doesn’t hurt that they look good too, I love the bavarian pattern. Gonna get another color soon though.

I like the stable sole and the blue tops - I have always worn shoes with good arch support and these definitely have that. They might take a while to get used to - I got them mainly for wear around the house so I would wear sloppy slippers so much in the winter. The left foot feels great - my toes on the right seem to rub against the inside edge. The toe shape is very slanted to be aware of if your toes are not perfectly shaped.

Living in Steamboat Colorado during the 70s thru early 2000s I wore Haflinger GZs for many years (year round). After Living in central America for 20 years, I finally decided to get a new pair. Very pleased. Great memories with comfort and warmth. Great arch support!!!

Ces sublimes sabots Haflinger sont géniale !Ils sont extrêmement confortable avec la voûte plantaire ' la laine qui tient bien chaud ' ma pointure habituelle est le 41 j'ai commandé la pointure 40 elles me vont comme un gant ' Attention ces sabots taillent grand ! Beaucoup de commentaires disent que ces sabots taillent grand et ils ont entièrement raison ! J'aurais dûe suivre les conseils des commentaires ! Trop tard car j'ai dûe commandé une 2ème paire pour moi ! Pour la pointure de ma mère j'ai suivi les conseils des commentaires et j'ai trés trés bien fait car les sabots avec une pointure en moins lui vont comme un gant !Il faut une pointure en moins ! Car les premièrs je les ai commandé en taille 41 qui est ma pointure habituelle ' mais ils sont trop grand ! The Haflinger GZ clogs arrived more than 2 weeks early, very well packaged and with prompt service from Jasmina, the seller. They are extremely comfortable and are my indoor shoes for most of each day. They are very well made and I'm sure will last a long time. Sizing was accurate. Keep in mind, if ordering from Canada there is duty charged by Canada Post ($27.00).
