The two front brushes rotate in opposite directions grabbing the debris directly in front of the sweeper while the brush roller on the bottom picks up all the fine particles, all the debris is then deposited into the large easy to empty 13.2 gallon container.. The Profi-line battery sweeper is the next in the range of the new generation battery sweepers. Fitted with the turbo patented three brush sweeping system the sweeper is extremely light to use in operation. With all three brushes being battery driven for up to 90 minutes sweeping into corners is far easier as the brushes are rotating even when the sweeper is not moving forward. Even once the battery is empty the sweeper can be used in manual operation which makes this sweeper extremely versatile. After completing your work just plug the unit in with the charger provided and leave over night so it will be ready for the next day. Performance has been enhanced in this new range with new additions to the sweeper. Changes to the bin, sweeping plate, filters and dust seals around the third brush have all improved the dust retention along with sweeping performance. New ergonomic handle for fatigue free operation. A guiding roller and brush guider on one side only gives the added advantage of sweeping into corners, the other side with no roller allows the protruding brush to sweep better under an overlapping edge. Gear covers have also been fitted over the front disc drives to increase the durability. Easy to store and with the battery operation this sweeper is light and easy to use. Domestic: 4 years brush wear,2 years on the complete sweeper. Commercial: 12 months on complete sweeper.

I bought the Haaga 697 to sweep my shop floor. It sweeps ok but does make a bit of dust if there are alot of fines. I don't think it's worth the 2K I paid but I did alot of reasearch and I think it is the best option available right now. I am going to try to incorporate a cordless vacuum into the design to capture the dust. Just to give it that little bit extra it needs. I don't know why they aren't already offering it with the vacuum/suction feature. They would have a top seller if they did.It does best in a straight line. Misses a bit on the corners. Leaves a bunch of dirt if you run up against a wall and then pull it backwards.

This is a good quality sweeper with wide track and powered brushes. Battery life is good. it is not self propelled but very lightweight compared to large commercial walk behinds and easy to push. Note there is no vacuum, just sweep.

We have had this sweeper three years at a climate controlled storage facility. It is a great sweeper that can cover a lot of ground. We have has to replace a few parts along the way. This sweeper probably get used a few times a week for spot cleaning and once a month for the facility. Within the first month the large gear/clutch in the rear wheel failed. I removed this because it was only used if you used the machine without powering it up and forced the brushes to turn. We replaced the on/off switch. The gear that drives the horizontal brush failed and just failed again. Parts are expensive. The small plastic gear was $66 with shipping. I really do like the capability of this sweeper but it is very expensive for what it does. My EGO electric lawnmower has so much more technology and components and costs a third of this sweeper.

Die Maschine als solches ist prima und für unseren Zweck - Reitstall - bestens geeignet.Wir haben allerdings ein Problem mit dem Aufladen, da der Stecker sehr lose sitzt. Mehrere Anfragen und Bestellungen (auch gegen Bezahlung) ließ der Verkäufer unbeantwortet.Fazit:Maschine sehr gutVerkäufer auf keinen Fall empfehlenswert
