These el connectors are fine but they suffer from the fact that they use a construction design that is the cheapest possible route to go in order to get a ground. Better quality H connectors have three blades, including a ground blade, that nicely fit into the slots in the track. This style has a form of blade that is just a die cut portion of the back plate of the connector.As a result, it's harder to assemble these connectors into the track. They do work once you get the connector mated to the track but it's a pain, especially since the process can push the copper in the track toward the other end (unless you block the other end).So these are okay, but just.

Not a whole lot to say about these H track connectors other than they were a nice quality, they installed quick, and the provided the power as I needed it. Just what you need.A great value for the money.
