quite like these because they are flat against my palm. wrist strap is really firm which has never cut off my circulation.. like has happened with some grips i tried before. Find it convenient that there arent any finger holes, so i can swap them quite fast when doing different exercises. they work alright for bar exercises. The materials used are padded enough to stop my skin getting red like it does from the textured metal on some bars but can still feel the bar through them. gives me a grip without the feeling of faux padding or it being that bulky that it gets in the way of the exercise. they seem quite durable in terms of the materials and that. like any grips they can be slippy without chalk but over all nothing too serious but i do put a wee bit of chalk on them when using them with heavier bars. sizing was as expected. think they are quite good value for the quality of them well happy with them

Great grips at a great price. I shopped through dozens of options that cost $30-$45 and just couldn't pay that much for such a simple item. Then this popped up in my feed for $15 (I know it's gone up to $21 now). I bought them right away and they have been great.I understand what others have said about the loose fit on the wrist. When I cinch mine as tight as they go, my wrists are a little smaller. But this is comfortable and perfect for pull-ups, toes-to-bar, dead hang. It also lets me rotate them out of the way when I switch between pullups and pushups during a workout. These are perfect for me.

I've been using those grips for a few weeks at the gym and I love them. I had the old version, and this is a good upgrade. They're great for doing mixed workouts. The new design is okay, but the strap is much better!Overall I think it's a great product.

Simple grips that do the job. No finger holes, so swapping between exercises is quick. The material feels durable with decent grip, and they help prevent blisters and calluses. Good for pull-ups and gymnastic work.Build quality is good and the material feels nice, they are pretty affordable too.

These feel good quality. Heavy weight but flexible. However if you have very small hands/wrists, they move around a good bit and get in the way a lot. I had to constantly put them back in place. If you are only using them on one bar and not switching grips frequently they would probably be great.
