Quality Box but I wouldn’t recommend for anyone my size . Apparently the ploy boxes in the gym are like 16-20 inches . 24 is actually kind of high for someone 5’3 especially given it’s almost 1/3 of my height 🤣. I’ll get there eventually but starting out I didn’t want something so challenging . I didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning it bc it’s so big so I kept it in my gym . It also helps me get up to my pull up station and I use it for various other workouts , sitting on it . So if you were thinking about getting a bench you can definitely do dips , and Donkey kicks , abs, and bent over donkey kicks with your arm (I forget the name of the excercise) on this thing . And it’s probably softer than any bench and will help you save some room .

Excellent product for the price. Well made. Does not slip or feel unstable. I place mine on rubber mats which I covered my gym floor with to avoid slipping.
