I learned of FitViking wraps via an ad on social media. I think I was looking up stuff in terms of lifting. It is Covid time, so there is a lot of garage gym lifting. I never thought I'd be the kind of person who uses wraps, belts, etc but now I noticed that I'm older and not as in shape as I used to be.I ordered the blue less stiff wraps. My buddy that I'm working with has wraps in his garage that I used. I find these to be way more comfortable. I do like the 'L' and 'R', it seems trivial but that is a bit helpful. They can get on pretty tight. Still have the new feel to them. My friend and I are doing moderate to heavy lifts via 3-day splits. Push, Pull and Leg. And Strongman lifts. So I got to test this on our strongman day first. We did the dumbell clean and press. My left hand is surgically repaired and I had flare up some a strain in the left wrist. These straps made a huge difference in the comfort to get weights over the head. I used the wraps on both wrists for the log press. For push day, did heavy sets on chest and triceps. Very helpful. It was easy for me lift without the wraps on warm-up sets, but needed to use them as we added weights. I spent the next week without using, as my wrist felt better. I used them again day as I'd tweaked them up a bit on strongman day as my buddy came up with new stuff to do. Not saying I'll be the next Eddie Hall or Brian Shaw. But it is helpful for an older dude like me who has down days. I can see it helpful in lifting and crossfit type stuff.

Initially I was honestly timid about the two different wrist wraps from Fit Vikings. When I got them there seemed to be little to know different out of the packaging. After weeks of use, however, I have found that each set have their own purpose. The less stiff set of wraps are best for everyday lifting and actually work quite well with most weightlifting. Using the more stiff wraps reduces flexibility a little too much for everyday exercises or more movement-intensive exercises. The more stiff wraps are definitely designed for lifting heavy. Whenever I am going for a new PR or just hitting my max I will make sure to use them. They stiffness provides the right amount of stability and help me focus on reaching my new goals. I would definitely recommend both sets of straps, depending on the type of workouts you are doing. If you rotate between HIIT style workouts and heavy lifting then get both. I also got the two different stiffnesses in different colors for easy organization. My one complaint is that the packaging the wraps come in and you can use for storage are very cheap and tip almost immediately. I would say that is pretty good for being the only negative to these products.

Used these wraps this week during some heavy overhead barbell movements and they did the job! Previously had cloth wraps, but didn't feel as supported as the Fit Viking wraps. A little break in is needed, they are stiff! (What I wanted/needed) The velcro is strong and locked the tension in place during a "Macho Man" complex.

These wrists straps are completely boom for the price. I love how wide they are, provides phenomenal stability for your wrists when lifting heavy. I also love that the coverage area for the Velcro is so large makes it so these things will last over time. I had an older pair of straps and these are by far my favorite. You will not be disappointed if you purchase these.

The wraps are nice and sturdy. As soon as I grabbed it out of the package I knew it would be a good quality product.Only had the wraps for less than a week but the first time I used it it gave me great stability and my lifts felt stable.I'll do an update after I use them more often for a few months.

I've had wrist injuries in the past, so these really help to support my wrists. I like that they are wide and very stiff. I only wish the velcro was sewn all the way to the edge, but I fixed that myself quite easily. Great value and gets the job done.

I was given a chance to try out these wrist wraps for free and they have not disappointed me. I can feel the support in my wrists when I lift and feel extra strong when I wear them! The only concern I have is that the velcro that holds the wrap tightly around the wrist doesn't seem as secure as you would want it to be. When wrapping it around the wrist and when working out there isn't an issue. It's when you go to pull the velcro apart that is scary! The velcro is not flushed with the rest of the wrap and when I go to pull the edge of the velcro I am actually pulling both sides with my fingertips. You have to be really careful as to only pull one side when taking the wrap off. That is my only concern and not really a complaint at all, I actually really like these!
