This thing is nice and bright. It works very well. The only thing, although not a major issue, is the clock limit is 99:99 which may not be long enough for some workouts. This really only comes into play for me once or twice a year so not an issue but something worth noting.

Great timer! Took a little bit to get used to setting the time, the countdown timer and other stuff. It let's you do 10 minute rounds so this works great for all levels of students at my Jiu Jitsu school!

This is such a great gym clock. It has the count down before you start your interval & the 3 second countdown before the interval ends. It also shouts "Ready Go" when it is time to start. I love this clock but somehow we have the sound stuck on Mute and cannot get it off. It has absolutely no sound now. Will someone please tell me how to get this clock off MUTE. The sound horn has an X across it. We have turned up the volume, that did not work.

Super Timer mit vielen Funktionen.Einen Stern Abzug aufgrund der extremen Lautstärke auch bei niedrigster Lautstärkestufe. Musste die Lautsprecher noch ankleben, dass es nicht das ganze Haus hört.

Most of the less expensive gym clocks do not count down 3, 2, 1 between intervals and this one does. It’s easy to set up and use. Volume is plenty for my home gym and the price is right. So far so good!

I use this timer for CrossFit and timing minutes between reps when strength training. Works great. Remote is intuitive. Very bright. Keeps time accurately. Two years in and it is still going strong, with the money.

When you turn this on it really dominates a room. It's like having a scoreboard on the wall. We turn it off when done, and I presume the backup battery takes over from there. I've only been using it for about a week, so this is a preliminary report, that will be updated as needed. It's very easy to set up the exercise pattern of your choice -- I use a ten-second prep time (to get into my new position) and a 30-second exercise interval, with 12 reps.I've found that the sound (3-sec countdown at the end of each prep and exercise interval) is more useful than the time display itself. I don't have to crane my neck to see the clock, I just listen for the beeps. My main complaint is that the clock does a final (silent) countdown-plus-3-second final beeps at the very end, as if it were going on to another exercise, but then it just silently shuts down with an [END] display. When I'm done, I'm done, and I don't need an additional 10sec to figure that out. And it doesn't tell you when you're done. It just says [END], and then shows you the clock. I'd much prefer a buzzer, or some unique beep pattern.Still, it's better than watching the second hand.

I considered a lot of different gym timers while shopping for my home gym and was astonished at the price ranges, which went up to $300! I almost purchased one for double the cost of this one, but it went out of stock just before I could order it. As it turns out, I’m really glad that I missed out on that one.I’ve had this timer for about a week now and have completed several workouts using different timer settings. Before making the purchase, I reached out to the seller with a couple of questions. They responded within a few hours, confirming that the warranty was for 1 year and even emailed me a PDF of the instructions that I requested.Upon receiving it, I found the timer and its components were well-protected in the box. I was surprised at how lightweight the timer is. This is probably the only “con” for the timer; it’s definitely not something that you’d describe as durable. But for an item that’s just going to hang on the wall, it really doesn’t need to be.I was concerned that using the remote to edit the various timer options would be difficult, but it turned out to be quite straightforward. After setting the clock and quickly glancing through the instructions, I became familiar enough with the remote to confidently set everything. The timer has many features that I believe meet or exceed those of other, more expensive options:- The left side, green LEDs have more LEDs than most, allowing for better symbols that make the programming clearer.- Brightness adjustment with ambient light sensing for auto-dimming, which I think is a unique feature.- Four levels of volume adjustment, plus a mute option. From what I’ve seen with other timers, you typically only get two levels of adjustment.- Instead of a buzzer, the timer uses speakers, providing three different sound options (buzzer 3, voice, buzzer 1).- A prep countdown that defaults to 10 seconds and can be adjusted up to 99.- A round countdown that defaults to 3 seconds and can be adjusted up to 99.- A coin cell battery in the timer saves your settings in case of a power outage. Apart from portable timers, I didn’t see a battery backup option on many other timers.- Round counting during interval workouts. You would think this would be standard on all gym timers, but my research found that this is not the case. The timer is the perfect size for my home gym and is very easy to read.I really can’t see any reason why I wouldn’t buy this timer again. The price is right, and the features/usability are excellent.
