They have some weight to them. Easy to install. Not too loose and not too tight. Look great. I installed a high mass bridge which also counterbalances the neck dive.

Super!!!Enda nackdelen är att de är väldigt tunga.

These are nice tuners, super hi mass on them if you're concerned about build quality, but if you have better quality gold hardware in your bass like Hipshot or Gotoh, these fall a bit "dull" on color, sometimes looks like yellowish chrome, more than Gold, as far as functionality goes, these are terrific tuners!

Shame they had to be shipped wrapped in so much completely unnecessary plastic though. I thought the little touch of wrapping the handles of these tuners in adhesive tape was a little excessive, especially as it necessitated my having to wash them in soapy water once I'd wrestled them out of a mountain of plastic.Once fitted, these machine heads work well and are an excellent upgrade to the often unsatisfactory hardware manufacturers ship their instruments out with these days.NOTE: If you're fitting these to a Squier Affinity series bass guitar, you will find that the washers are the barest possible minimum size - be very careful when fitting.

Bought some cheaper tuners off here a year ago, and 2 of the 4 stripped out under normal tuning. I could immediately tell that these were made of much better stuff. These are solidly built and, yes, fairly hefty. If you are very concerned about the balance of your bass, these could throw that off. They aren't made of cheap pot metal, though, so I'll happily make that trade. One thing to note is that the gear ratio on these is pretty low, meaning that they are very sensitive when tuning. I noticed right away that it takes a lot more care and attention to not accidentally overcompensate while tuning. Just FYI.

There are some things about these tuners I really liked. In fact I wish I could've used them.Pros...Very sturdySeems very smooth gearingDecent platingVery good priceCons...Not a direct replacement.Very heavy. The nut that tightens down from the front is too small in diameter for the predrilled holes in the headstock. (even with the washer barely covers the hole).Flat part on top of the post is not smoothed before plating. (Looks cheap). One of the washers was too small to fit over the shaft of the nut. (The other three fit)It's unfortunate that these problems are there. Without these easily remedied problems they'd be great. The tuner itself is real nice. I like the "classic meets modern" look to them.Like I said. I wish I could've used them.

Great tuners for upgrading you P Bass or Jazz Bass. The only issues I had was the fact there there aren't ferrels for the holes. There is a nut that fits onto the tuner from the front to lock it in. So the nut on new tuners were barely (I mean barely) large enough to cover the hole in the headstock. Other than that litle hiccup, they are smooth turning, and great tuners!

Bought the 2L 2R set for a semi acoustic bass direct from Amazon's Guyker store. Tuners themselves are well made and operate smoothly, supplied with all washers ferrules and screws (not sure I'd trust the screws). Unfortunately they're each around 135g, and adding half a kilo of metal to the head of a lightweight bass would be a recipe for instant neck dive so decided not to fit them. My bad, I should have read the full description first.Be warned that returning them is a slight issue, as they need to be returned to Guyker in China and they do NOT pay return postage. Will hang onto them as spares or for another bass build with less Titanic tendencies.

Was very impressed with how stout these keys are. As i said in my headline the install was not plug & play,Had to fill stock Fender holes with tooth picks & some Elmer's glue, let dry, lightly sand down the tooth picks, then line up the NEW Guyer keys. once installed, they work great, are very stable and look awesome.Had to but mounting screws, there was non in the package they sent me. Still not disappointed, great product. Worth the money.

Decent quality materials and construction, but at 4.3oz per tuner, too heavy to be of use. Will add close to a pound to the weight of a headstock. These are advertised as light-weight, and they are anything but. I am really disappointed because the looks and 26-1 ratio would have been a great upgrade to my bass. Also, the dimensions are not accurate as shown in the diagram. The diameter is a bit shy of the standard 19mm peg hole, so a small amount of wrap or plumbers tape would be needed to keep the shaft centered until the screw holes are drilled and screws mounted. If they could cut the weight in half I would buy another set. If you don’t care about the weight, the clover leaf knobs are thick and nicely finished, the housing is also nicely finished and looks great with the logo.
