I love the design of the sensors of this TPMS kit. Note that the "anti-theft nuts" actually work well to prevent the sensors from vibrating off, so even if you don't need them to "prevent theft", you might want to use them to ensure they stay put.Range seems pretty good, but if you have issues with range, they sell a "repeater" which can solve those problems in a flash. It comes with the units that have more sensors, but not with the 4-sensor model. Accuracy also seems very good, but when the CR2032's start to die, that may change, so keep an eye on that to know when to change out your batteries. The receiver has a bright, easy to see screen and the mount seems pretty good. It has a built-in rechargeable battery, but you'll need to have it wired for power unless you intend to unplug it and charge it every time you use your vehicle. The only thing I'd change about this is that fact - I wish the receiver was solar-powered or something, so I didn't have to have it plugged in all the time. Overall, it's a good value for the money, and I recommend it, but I look forward to seeing them possibly release a solar version in the future. 4 stars.

I'm very happy with the ease of installation. The instructions were clear and simple which made it a bonus if you know what I mean and I'm sure you do. I think it's excellent value for the money. The build quality is excellent. Lots of functionality. I like the little size to it and knowing your tire pressure is a good safety measure to have. I'm really glad I got them. Good job people

I own an older Jeep Wrangler. Over 25 years old at this point, which doesn't make it a spring chicken. However, I've been steadily bringing it into the current century with a host of accessories and upgrades. Sitting in my driver's seat will give you a sight akin to sitting in a plane cockpit. Tons of lights and doodads. I had a TPMS already, but it was an inexpensive unit that I didn't think was particularly reliable, so when I saw this one available I had to try it.It arrived in a nice box and included the device and the four sensors. They use the same boxes for the eight sensor kits, so when you open the box half of the plastic trays are empty. It makes you think you got an already opened package. It was also a little confusing: if you get the four sensor kit there's no signal repeater, but the eight sensor one does. That left me searching for a part that may have fallen out of the box before I double checked and found out my kit doesn't need it.That aside, installation is fairly easy. If you want to use the lock nuts there's a few more steps, but it's essentially screwing on the nut, screwing on the sensor, screwing the nut up against the sensor to lock it in place. The sensors are already configured to the receiver and don't need any pairing. The mounting options for this thing SUCK. The only way to mount this is using the included stand arm which can be paired with a suction cup or screw-down plate. The arm is cheap feeling and prevents a flat installation. The back of the unit doesn't have any screw holes or any way to attach another mount to this, you're stuck using the slide-on adaptor on the boom arm. You should be able to attach this thing to a mount that sits right on the surface. In use I've learned that cold interferes with these sensors. It was 16 degrees yesterday and my sensors weren't registering at all. As I drove a few minutes the sensors one by one came online and displayed 18 degrees. I'm not sure if this is normal behavior or not. Once they're registering they match the values given by my previous TPMS, so I'd say it's accurate so far.I love the pass-through valve on these, but mainly for checking air pressure and deflating, less for inflating. Inflating I could see the weight of the hose and the leverage of the extended valve stem putting too much pressure on the base of the stem. Better safe than sorry and remove for inflation.Note: to use the suction cup I had to heat up the cup first. I tried for several minutes to get it to stick to my windshield but it wouldn't grip for anything. The cup was wavy instead of smooth, so I got the idea to stick it in front of my heater vents and warmed it for a minute. It stuck right away.Overall I like this unit, but for the cost it should have much better mounting options. The mounts feel like a last-minute idea, like they designed this unit, set a launch date, and a week before realized "Oh crud, we forgot to include a mount!" and just tossed together some parts they had from previous gadgets. Given how nice the receiver itself is it's silly to pair it with a cheap mount boom arm.

This is exactly what I have been looking for. I want to monitor the pressure of my 4 rear tires. I wanted one that had temperature as well as pressure. I put one on for testing the pressure and it was dead on. I will update the review if they do not preform as expected. The quality seems top notch though.
