This tool is a must have if you have pockets or spacing between your teeth. I would suggest dipping in mouth wash and using it as park of your daily brushing routine. Use the smallest brush for tight spaces and the larger, christmas tree brush for larger pockets or spaces. Remember, we only have to brush and floss the teeth we want to keep!

I bought these to replace my old, double ended, hard handle version as it has seen better days. These are great as they flex a little so if you try to clean a tight spot, it will flex and not hurt your gum. I also like the single ended whcih stay cleaner in the toot brush holder (the double ended version caused on end to always be in the bottom). I also appreciate the slightly different angle of the head which makes it easier to use.

I would not be surprised if the set, especially the handle is made in China. I used the GUM with permanent built-in short handle for years and never imagined that the sharp metal tip would come off so easily. It did while was inside and almost fell through my throat. Luckily it fell into my sink (and almost lost it after used it only few minutes). There is not enought force to keep it tight. The tiny clip would not lock inplace. I used the replaceable floss before (different brand) and there was no issue.

I have a chronic gum disease because i didn’t take care my teeth when i was a kid. I tried many other methods, floss, waterpik, essential oil, coconut oil, tooth pick, etc. none of them works for me. I found this brushes through a dentist YouTube channel and give it a try. After a couple months, when i met my gum specialist and my family dentist, i got compliments from both of them for doing a good job keeping my teeth clean. My dentist even said he didn’t have much to do because there’re not much plagues. After my gum surgery, my orthodontist suggested me to use these brushes for the rest of my life. I’m wondering why no dentist told me about this product before until now.

The original proxabrush is far more efficient as it carried 2 brushes of different size and was a lot less expensive. The single brush style is tougher/more durable but I lost the original 2 brusher and used it constantly for years and years.I was relieved to get the new brushes as they serve dental care exceptionally well!

I don't know why the stores don't sell this. So much less waste than the interdental brushes I was using that only last maybe 3 times if I was lucky. With this the only part I need to toss is the Little brush. It's also nice that the brushes are available in 3 sizes depending on the gaps in your teeth. I purchased a pack of 6 and I keep 3 loaded with each size brush as the gaps between my teeth vary. The little brushes don't last long but at least when you have to toss one you still have the handle. For those uf us with larger gaps between our teeth this works much better than flossing. I also pair these with an Oral-B electric toothbrush and a waterpic. The three together are what the Periodontists office told me to use instead of floss.Good purchase and the refills are easy to find on amazon. I can't find them in the stores though.

Get a six-pack and your partner will not complain about your bad breath. Six pack comes with 6 sets of a handle, wide refill, moderate refill, and tight refill. They come in 3 colors which is nice for a family. The handle is a bit slim for big hands; however, it's fully functional and comfortable. It seems to have a high-quality material. I wish the refills were longer for people with bigger teeth, and bristles were longer to cover more area. I prefer this over disposable to save Earth for future generations. Don't know about durability.

I liked the fact that I could easily reach my back teeth. However, I did not find it very practical that the handle only comes with 3 brushes (tight, medium and wide). The little brush bends so easily; it cannot be used repeatedly.
