Actually bought this for all the stuff except the pickguard. The electronics were what I needed to get my Fender Squire Bass playing again! The pickguard is great but my guitar is black and I have a holographic pickguard that looks better than the black on black.

I haven't been able to use it yet because it was missing the 11 screws it said it would come with. Looks good though.

The pick guard itself did not fit, but I bought it for the components. They were able to be transferred to the exiting pick guard, no problem. For $20, it was totally worth it!

The pickups are great, good sound, round and deep. But the guard did not match my unbranded guitar, so I used the old guard and soldered the new pickups in. Sounds great!

I wanted to replace the wiring in my bass since I was getting a lot of feedback on my amp. I didn't know how to solder, so I went with this product since it also had the pickups and the scratchplate. When I went to install it, the scratchplate didn't fit around the fretboard. No problem, I'll just put the wires and pickups onto my old one. Nope, the pickups don't fit my old scratchplate either. It was cheap, but just worthless to me.

I got a bug up my butt recently to play instruments again thanks to Leo Morachiolli and Two Minutes to Late Night on Youtube and Covid 19 (and working from home). I had an old JB Player (who???) electric bass in my parents basement just sitting there so i thought I'd pick it up and see if it worked. It didn't. I remembered seeing pickguards with electronics recently for some reason so I decided to do a quick search and found this one. Installed it today with some dremeling (because even though it looked exactly the same, it wasn't) which looks awful but the base actually works with my new amp. The old electronics produced very little bass and a ton of noise due to the corrossion. This new pickguard sounds surprisingly good considering the prices and my bass looks super punk thanks to the terrible job i did dremeling it. We'll see how it goes over the next few months but for 16+ bucks it was totally worth it to get this old thang running again.

It's ok for the price but I would at least expect to get screws.Pots are 16k so idk what's up with that.Idk the value of the cap but dont expect much. And the pickguard didn't line up with my fender body

I wonder if I am allowed to say that you can not expect professional sound from a $20 set of pickups. That being said, I have no complaints about these. I planned on changing the electronics over to the old pickguard, so I never even attempted to fit this to the guitar. I find this set to have decent punch and a good, throaty growl. Both the volume and tone controls have decent control of sould, and rotate smoothly. I am not disappointed for the price.
