This arrived quickly, and was well packaged.The material is very soft and it zips apart and washes really well. I use it for my special need rat and he LOVES hiding and cuddling in it!

I got this for my ferret to add some fun and hiding space to her play pen and she loves it!It was easy to put together, the zippers are strong durable and secure zippers but are also fairly easy to zip! The material is soft fluffy plush, and easy to unzip and wash when needed. It did lose some "fuzz" in the washer/dryer but what i would consider to be an acceptable amount for first time wash.The padding in the bottom section does get a little funky in the wash but it was quick and easy to fix and flatten back out :)

Our pet guinea pig has been loving this Guinea Pig Hideout Tunnel. The warm bed and three cozy caves provide the perfect hideaway for him, while the small animal tunnel adds an element of fun and adventure. Our daughter was so excited to set it up, and now she enjoys watching him explore his new space daily. It's a great toy and hideout that offers both comfort and entertainment for our little Hagrid.

It was a little bigger than I anticipated but that’s no biggie! My piggie loves it, it’s easy to clean & easy to assemble & dissemble!

The tunnel is soft and roomy, giving my guinea pig a fun space to explore and hide when they want some quiet time. The warm bed inside is perfect for nap time—it's super cozy, and my guinea pig loves burrowing into it. The material is soft but durable, so it doesn’t seem like it’ll wear out quickly. The design is great, and it fits nicely in the cage without taking up too much space. Plus, it's easy to clean, which is a huge bonus for me. Overall, this hideout is a great addition to my guinea pig’s cage, giving them a place to feel safe and comfortable.

I have one guinea pig who, despite a couple of years of patient care and many treats given, really wants nothing to do with any of us. His name is Arthur, he lives with Lancelot, and he spends his days underneath a cover in his castle. When I saw this hide, I knew it was perfect for Arthur.As soon as I opened it up, I zipped it together (very nice feature, I can unzip the bottom from the top and wash the bottom separately!), and immediately took it in and presented it to our King. After prompting him to leave his covered area (by poking at his cover), he went straight to it and now spends his days hiding inside of this hide instead of under the covers. He can peek out, which he does do occasionally, through the middle so that he can side-eye his royal subjects, and grab the vitamin C tablet you tried to throw in there (because getting anywhere near it will cause a problem for him and his personal bubble). He can also escape from Lancelot if he's feeling feisty by going out the other end.I'd love to give you a picture, because whatever I see these I always wonder if the guinea pigs in the pictures were photoshopped in and if they will actually fit or not, but you'll have to just take my word for it. Arthur is a big boy, I think, and he fits in it just fine. But he refuses photos and will not come out even to prove to you that he fits.As I wrap this up to go serve his Royal Highness his dinner, I'll leave you with my assertion that this is a good product for your piggies, especially if you have a piggy like Arthur!Edit: I got a photo of His Royal Highness peeking out. This is literally the most I have seen of Arthur in the two years he's lived here. Usually he's just a lump in the snuggle sack side of his cage liner (and my kid takes care of all the cleaning of the cage, but she gives him a box to hide in while she cleans). It's nice that he can see the world a little bit, now. And maybe he'll get his vitamin C tabs before Lancelot does now he can see them!

Cute product. Comes in 2 pieces, and though it looks like it should be simple to put together, I'll admit that it took me a few tries to figure out which zipper goes where.I would give this 5 stars if it wasn't for the poor quality stitching. The zippers were not sewn on straight, which literally means that they could not actually be zippered. I had to take out the stitches and resew the zipper back on myself, just to get the zipper to zip. Really annoying and unfortunate for a product that would have otherwise been good.

While our guinea pig seems to love this little hideaway, I would like to see the product improve a bit if given the chance.When I opened the packaging, it was shedding quite a bit. I used a lint roller and it seems to be okay now. I'll update my review if it continues to shed.The zipper apparatus is an odd touch and makes the shape a bit irregular. There were no instructions included but it wasn't difficult to figure out how to zip it together in both places. The only issue is that the zippers were difficult to maneuver in the positions they were in.You can see through the fabric as well, which is either a product of the fibers that have come off or from the original material. I would love to see this made with a solid material as it would make it a much more pleasing product!I'm only dropping one star because our guinea pig is enjoying it and it is a very clever product overall.
