This chair was purchased for desk work purposes and then for gaming as a secondary function. I work from home and I spend 8-12 hours at my desk. This chair was a life saver for me, being very comfortable, with many adjustment levels and settings for my liking. Assembly wasn’t very difficult and the quality is top notch. The color matched the description, I went with the all black. Height can be adjusted and the stability is great. It has held me and my full sized lap dog with no issues. It is very quiet, no squeaky operation when pivoting or rolling. Wheels work great even without any proper mat below it. I don’t use the vibrating pillow often but it works fine. Overall I highly recommend this chair. It made my back pain disappear and I am very satisfied with this product.

I bought this as a gift for my friend, an avid PS5 gamer, and he loves it! He said that the chair was easy to assemble and comfortable with a sleek design. The quality is amazing. They obviously made this with gamers in mind. He has spent hours gaming without feeling uncomfortable or fatigued. Don’t hesitate to purchase this!!

This chair is perfect for the gamer or someone who's in front of their computer a lot. I've had it for a few years and only received minimal wear. The massage feature is a nice addon but it doesn't have an on/off button. Its very sturdy and fits well. the pillows also helps with neck and lumbar support. The biggest thing i like about this is the foot rest and the reclining feature. Its really a game changer when you dont want to sit upright all the time. If youre looking for a chair that you can put hours in with work or gaming. This is a great cost efficient option.

This chair is comfortable and easy to assemble.After 5 month's a weld broke. I contacted GTPlayer customer support. They asked a couple questions and wanted a picture. They sent the replacement part and a short video on how to fix it. Easy as could be. Thank you Ava for all your help!

La chaise est super confortable et ajustable dans n’importe quelle position. Le mode massage n’est pas dérangeant, on entend les vibrations mais c’est normal vu qu’il est insérer dans un petit coussin mais fonctionne très bien. Facile à monter et très rapide. Je conseille vraiment cette chaise.

The chair gets put together pretty easilly, but the screws for the arms do not want to catch easilly. One I was able to do after a try or 2, but the 2nd screw was a lot more difficult, it just turned and didn't seem to catch. I had to have someone else hold the other side of the chair so I could use a lot more pressure to get it to catch. Becides that the chair is very comfortable, perfect height for my 5'5 self, very quiet, and has great back support. The messager is actually quite nice. The reason for the 4 stars is because of the build quality. It is a bit lacking, and I am worried that the arm screw didn't catch enough and will eventually fall out, but so far so good. I would have gone with a different color other than white but they were more expensive and I am cheap...err, I mean frugal. All in all it's a good chair.

I'll try to bullet point and then make a small statement to keep this organized1. This chair is for my girlfriend for Christmas so we can game together.2. People who complained about the arm rests being loose probably put this together incorrectly. I had no issues with wide, or loose arm rests.3. I don't know why cushioning is an average negative. I weigh 205 pounds, slim athletic build I sat in this chair after putting it together and it seems plenty fine soft but firm at the same time.4. The leather or Pleather whichever material it is, smooth, clean stitching is done well.5. The up-down adjustment is your typical average adjustment, the lean back and lean forward is smooth control (push the lever down to lock, pull up to unlock).6. Wheels roll very smooth across hardwood floor and my carpeted room, good rolling wheels is always a plus.7. Instructions are simple, and straight forward as well as all nuts and bolts being labeled correctly. It took me about an hour taking my time if that to put it all together.8. I will do a 6-month review (if I remember) and post with photos to show how material has held up) It will more than likely hold up fine as its only going to be used for small amounts of time 2-3 days a week my guess.Statement, if you are not a hand on put it together type of person, please find someone who is as it will save a lot of aggravation. Let me touch on the arm rests as I almost did not buy this seeing the photos of the arms not being tight. It looked so bad but after putting this together its very sturdy, but you have to put it together CORRECTLY!!! I got this on sale for 101.xx and honestly if you go to any retail store this chair is worth 200 with a lumbar massager, a very nice neck pillow for posture and a footrest. It's very comfy too, so the cushion for me passes my expectations. I'm not a professional gamer nor do I plan to be, but I play steam games, work in google sheets/ Microsoft products so I'm in a gaming chair all day as office chairs just do it for me. Hopefully this helps people with decisions and i will add photos at some point.Thanks for reading!

Its a good chair, mostly easy to put together minus one or two parts that required a little more effort but overall doable for most people. The "massaging" pad is just a vibrating pillow, but still feels nice. Chair is comfortable, and it looks very nice with my setup.My only two gripes: it has the option to ajust how much it leans back but unfortunately it doesn't have the option to tilt back. Also, I wish the massaging pillow had an off/on switch, instead of a USB plug(you can unplug the USB at the power source, or unplug the connector on the pillow).Overall solid chair for the money.PS: shipping will not be accurate AT ALL as they ship through fedex(amazon is almost always about their time estimates where I live, whereas fedex had it "out for delivery" for 6 DAYS before finally delivering it*was still "on time" though, but towards the end of the time range they listed*)

The chair itself is very hard. I may as well be sitting on a wooden chair. And the arms are already feeling dented with less than 6 hours of use. The massage function is less than a gimmick.Really but something else.

Köpte den till min son som blev väldigt nöjd.Den kommer extremt väl packeterad, trodde nästan att det fattades grejer då paketet var så litet men det var bara packat med precision.Mycket bra beskrivning gjorde att det gick snabbt och lätt att montera den.Enda "negativa" är väll att jag trodde den skulle kunna passa till mig med men den är något mindre än den verkar på bilderna, i mitt huvud iallafall.
