First off, the tooth profile doesn't match gates belts tightly. The idler is 6mm inside width and 8.5mm width, proper spec would be a 10mm width and commonly a 7mm inside width. The proper spec allows the belt to slightly move inside the idler and you install the idler where it itself won't move.Swapped out these idlers on my XY axis (fast moving) immediately because there was a ton of noise in the resonance graph, the bearings were already clicky after a single print. Just now removed these from my Z axis (slow moving) at 30hrs of machine time and they were even more clicky than the XY were. So the bearings in these under size spec idlers are garbage. Don't buy these unless you hate money
