TLDR, the memory is decent. It's not G.Skill's fault that Amazon's policies allow for scammy behavior. Proceed with caution and make sure you actually receive what you paid for.Beware of scams! I bought this kit, and as I always do with memory, immediately installed the modules and loaded up the BIOS to make sure it was properly identified. Even though I ordered the F4-3600C16D-32GVKC kit, which consists of 2x16GB sticks, my BIOS said I had installed F4-3600C16-8GVKC modules, which are 8GB modules that belong to the F4-3600C16D-16GVKC kit. The labels on the modules claimed to be the 16GB modules, but clearly were not. Upon closer inspection, the module heatsinks had fingerprints on them and signs of heavy handling. They even felt a bit loose. I notified the seller, returned the modules, and ordered a new set. The new set arrived with the modules clearly opened and repackaged incorrectly with the branding facing the inside of the packaging. Tired of the back and forth, I installed the modules anyway to test them. This time the modules were the correct ones. I chose to keep them, but I have no idea how used they are.I hopped on Google to see if this was a common thing to find out that apparently this kind of fraud is rampant when buying memory on Amazon. Even though memory modules have tamper proof stickers, they don't have tamper proof heatsinks. People are using that to their advantage to swap out modules and return old ones as new. Amazon takes everyone's word for it, and sends the old modules to the next buyer as a new product. One of the key indicators of this is looking for an LPN label which shows up on packages that Amazon has received as a return but permitted them to go back into circulation as new. I checked the replacement module package, and sure enough, it had an LPN label on it.

Installed same day as they arrived and PC booted properly without issue. Enabled AMD DOCP and they ran 3600mhz stable as stated.

I game and use my desktop for virtualization of network environments so having more RAM is almost always better. In this case I wanted to upgrade from 32GB to 64GB to help with running my virtual images. I didn’t need top-of-the-line just more so this fit the bill perfectly.It arrived on time and was super easy to install. Booted up and hopped into the BIOS to make sure it was being recognized and it was off to the races.It’s been working great for the week that I’ve had it installed now. Would recommend!

Je ne sais pas pourquoi, mais ce n’est pas la première fois que cela m’arrive avec des RAM G.SKILL. Les RAM ne fonctionnent plus. Même dans la génération précédente, j’ai eu le même souci. Les RAM deviennent complètement défectueuses.

Funciona perfecto con mi Ryzen 5800x en mi b350 con el perfil xmp habilitado, pero lo más importante, es que es dual rank, no estoy cien porciento seguro de que todos los lotes de este modelo sean dual rank, no lo había comprado por eso, así que resultó ser un bonus. Mi kit viene con chips hynix CJR por si alguien está interesado.

This RAM worked great out of the box at 2133MHz, plugged in with no changes to my ASUS STRIX Z490-E motherboard. I have also now tried using the AI Tweaker to set it to XMP 1 profile, which sets the RAM to 3600MHz and that worked with no issue.For installation, this RAM barely cleared my CoolMaster fan for my CPU air cooler.Full disclosure time. I will probably clock my RAM back down, since I'm not pushing things hard enough to notice a performance gain from the basic settings. I probably should have bought slower/cheaper RAM.Pros * No blinky lights. * Fast RAM. * Lots of RAM for a good price. * Easy to install.Cons * No blinky lights - for people who like that sort of thing.
