Honestly these things are a pain to install, and they should have more cable management and mounting options. I end "customizing" (with a drill) one in every four I mount.But who cares, I have Avaya phones I need to mount, and this is the mounting kit. If you're in the same boat as I, then you know this is your only option.This seller is good, sells new product, charges a fair price, and ships promptly. The kit includes a ~10" patch cable.
