Had small issue with item. They bent over backwards to make it right. 5 stars, and more. Product I would rate lower because of sharp edges and other issues. They were empathetic, and trully wanted to make things right, if you know what I mean. The tray replacement would have been 5 star if the edges were ground down, or beveled. I give a 3 star rating.
