I brought this device to act as a UPS for my office computer however every four days it stops working and stops providing power. It seems you can not leave this plugged in to mains power due to it not working after 4 days (I tried twice and every 4 days it would stop working providing power).I have contacted the seller hopefully they give me a refund.

I got item for $170 which is very fair price for this size generator. It came at 32% batt I plugged into wall and set my timer. It took 2 hrs and 4 mins. To get full, item beeps when full amd then shuts down which is nice. It showed 285w draw during charge, I have others like this and they claim 60 mins charge but are also 70-88 min charge but draw 365w during a charge, so otger models are drawing more juice to charge faster. Customer care worked with me to resolve issue but they also wanted pics of serial number and other pics, which was not needed to solve issue. I imagine either its more of a 2.5-3 hr charge or I happened to get a dud of an item or maybe batt was not performing up to par bc possible older item. As anyone knows batt loose juice/charge longer as they age. So that might have happebed here. Built in light is handy and I imagine would work well with outdoor or power outage. Brand admitted to me that item is made in China, but most these type item prolly are now a days. Build quality seems fine, item is heavy but that's prolly a good thing here. Over batt life I'm still in test mode but will update later. I'm giving 3.9 star for item bc possible batt issues and false claims on charge time. 3.75 star on brand/customer care. It did take me asking some questions several times to get answers but they would answer.

It arrived when it was supposed to and I have gotten a VERY pleasant surprise. I plugged a small monitor into the AC outlet on the unit and I'm showing 23 watts coming from the wall and powering it. It sure looks like pass through charging to me but I may not have a correct understanding of pass through. I also have a 4-5 watt LED light plugged in so that accounts for the output being more than the input. Since it just arrived, I can't speak to longevity but everything seems quite solid and given I got it on a "Lightning Sale", I'm "VERY" pleased !!! I'll update in the coming months.

Seems to hold charge as well as ecoflow. I've been running my 40w smart TV with it when the power goes out.

First the cold hard facts. The 600-watt maximum capacity will power a 200-watt heater for 2-3 hours. This straightforward math will not change no matter how many features or other brands are used. I wanted the heater to run for 8 hours. That means I need a minimum of 1600 watts. But I kept this because of all the features and design. It’s lightweight and has a carrying handle that folds out of the way. All the controls and ports are on the front side. The charging plug is on the side. It rapidly charges 0-100% in 90 minutes using usb-c cable. It has LED flashlight, usb-a, usb-c, and 3-prong AC ports. The sides are flat with nothing protruding. It’s quiet and doesn’t vibrate. In other words, this inverter is perfect to put inside a car on the front seat with room for more, to power my laptop, or laser printer, and to recharge phones, tablets, headphones, watches and other gadgets - without draining my car battery…and I can jumpstart my car. I carry a power bank for recharging but it can’t juice my laptop and larger electronics. It’s overall dimensions are the size of a sheet of standard notepaper and 7 inches tall. The color is a neutral green and gray. The price is affordable.One last point. It was promptly shipped from China then delayed a few days after it landed in California because - it’s California. I received excellent communication from the seller and I stayed on the carrier’s XXXX until it arrived at my door on the East Coast. After waiting 10 days, “I want my package - not a refund!” The only question I had for Amazon was why aren’t your trucks at the ports instead of transferring to the “U B Lucky if It Arrives” carriers who by the way, delivered their packages to me on time? Nevertheless, the wait and trouble was worth it. This purchase performs flawlessly. Easy to use. I don’t use any app to control it. What for? I’m not political. If the best product is made in China, I’m not paying more money to buy American. Thank you China and Amazon this is a good buy!

This is a convenient size and packs a lot of features. Does a great job charging multiple devices and it holds a charge well. The built-in area light is very handy. The display is easy to read and provides all of the information you need. Overall this is an outstanding value.

This product is absolute garbage. It will shut off at 70% power remaining routinely. It can't charge with a generator, and has 1 hour of battery life normally. Its a huge waste of money because it can only really charge a phone or 2. Even then I don't know how reliable that will be. I had this for 6 months and its complete crap. Its barely ok with dc power, but uses a lot to make ac power. I have a 60 watt cooler and it can run for 1 hour before shutting off. Much better off with a car battery and a 12 volt port. I wish I could give zero stars because this doesn't even deserve 1.

Got this for a 5 camping trip and it didn’t disappoint - powered USB LED lights every night, charged up mobile phones and tablets for the duration when needed, did just what was needed and still had 15% left at the end of it - recommended

Very easy to relocate. With heavier loads the countdown of battery percentage is not accurate. It zips down very quickly even on a steady load. Other than that it is a great bit of kit.
