This really stopped my lower back pain n stiffness I had every morning. I used to have to gingerly get out of bed every morning because lower back pain and stiffness from bulging discs.From first night of sleeping under it, pain went away. I disnt expect anything or that it would take time to affect me. My husband bought it without saying anything till it arrived.I told at least 5 different friends about it, suggested they watch the documentary on grounding.All friends had good results. Im sure it may not affect everyone the same. But I take this with me even when I travel.

I am shocked by how this product works.I was skeptical before trying it, but I am so happy that I did!!!I can’t explain how it works because honestly I can’t feel a thing. But I sleep thru the night and wake up feeling refreshed and rested.I have raved about this product to anyone complaining about bad sleep!!!I would definitely buy again.

I recently heard about the benefits of grounding and earthing, and thought I would give it a try, especially since you are supposed to sleep better.I ordered thee pillows and tried one of them out. Over the last 3 nights, these pillows have not made a difference for me. Now, I was going to give it some time and trying for a month, but when I though about testing the grounding with a multimeter, I couldn't get the prong that goes into the ground terminal out. I tried everything, gentle force, then increasing, trying to pry it with a knife (after turning off the circuit), then moving to pliers and eventually vice-grips.The metal part could not come out and is now blocking the grounding terminal of an outlet on my power bar. I'm lucky that I didn’t use this directly on an outlet, or I would have rendered it useless.So, in conclusion, I'm only buying earthing products from Clint Ober's affiliated companies, and buyer beware...be careful if you're plugging this into a North American outlet, unless you want it there forever.

Après plusieurs nuits à l’utiliser, je peux affirmer qu’un réel changement est survenu dans mes habitudes de vie. Premièrement, assurez-vous que la mise à la terre de votre circuit électrique domestique est bien fonctionnel. Demandez à une personne de votre entourage ou à un électricien au besoin. Un multimètre fera le travail. Un retour électrique dans un circuit de mise à la terre pourrait s’avérer dangereux.La première nuit de mise à la terre sera définitivement la plus « troublante » de tous. Une montre intelligente saura définitivement analyser ces données liées à votre sommeil.Vous commencerez par remarquer un sommeil plus profond qu’à l'habitude et surtout sur une plus longue période. Le rythme cardiaque moyen a également diminué. Le jour 1, je me suis réveillé assez confus, durant une bonne heure. Pour le reste de la journée, ce fut tout un changement. Mes pensées s’enchaînaient une après l’autre et mon esprit était aussi vif qu’à mes 20 ans! Je ne boit plus de café depuis 5 ans et on dirait que j’en ai enfilé 3 de suite.Ça fait maintenant 3 semaines que j’utilise ce produit et je bien franchement, je ne m’en passerais plus. Mes collègues avaient même noter une différence dans mon comportement (meilleur confiance et éloquence, bonheur plus facile, etc.). Plusieurs de ceux-ci en ont également acheté ce produit et ils ont des commentaires aussi positifs que les miens.Bref, les plus sceptiques seront convaincus en l’essayant!

I really don't know if it's on or if its working. When i got the pachage, it look like it was used by someone else. Not in a wrapee and the paper it came with,was all wrinkle. I just should havesent it back, but i was excited. Anyway, never felt any changes at all. Just very disappointed

Maybe it will work for you, it hasn't for me. I know grounding works. During the month and a half I tried the pillowcase, I left it at home and went to the beach for a week. Grounding there took away my pains and I slept very well. Also, grounding in the grass when it was warm gave me great results. I know pillowcases etc aren't the same as natural grounding, but nothing has changed for me with the pillowcase. My pains are still there and I am not sleeping well. I should have seen some improvement by now. Also, I hand washed it, it became crinkly and uncomfortable. Even with hand washing my pillowcase shrunk. Very frustrating. I would return it if I could, but since I have used it I won't. Really disappointed.

I checked these pillows and they are in fact conductive. I tested them with a meter to ensure a complete circuit. So connecting to ground (we connect to an outside rod). If you're one to move your pillow around while sleeping, you might disconnect the cable, but there is a stretchy coil attached, so it should give some flex. As for comfort, it feels like a hotel fabric pillow, so a little stiff. Doesn't bother me though. The snap on the pillow for connecting the cable is not the best quality. But, in a pinch, duct tape should work LOL!It 's awesome to have grounding connection all night, as the partial sheet on the bed gets folded up and our legs and feet aren't on the sheet anymore. We didn't want the fitted grounding sheet as i think it would wear out with the stretching, washing, and rougher feel to it.

With this pillowcase, you are sure to remain grounded throughout the night. I also have a small blanket, and it tends to bunch up, and sometimes slides down enough to not be touching my skin anymore. With the pillow case, that isn’t an issue. It’s not overly comfortable but it gets the job done.
