Really easy to move, install, and take down blind. Definitely puts pop-up blinds into the history books. Nice 3D tarp to go over it, and you'll be set. Have the huge advantage to be able to get up and move, especially for turkey hunting. Doesn't get any better than this!

My first full deer season with this and it’s everything I expected. During early gun season I had a bobcat come to within 15 yds without being seen. Had to take out and rack my handgun to keep him from walking over me. Same hunt I had 2 does walk to within 10 yds before bolting. Late season I was working on a giant 14 with my crossbow and set up along his trail with the ghost blind. Worked like an absolute charm. He looked right at me as he was waiting to enter the cornfield. No useable trees around for a climber. Crossbows aren’t as easy to manipulate as a firearm over the tops but still very doable. I put him in the scope without having time to rangefind. Shot just low. I’ll live with that miss in my head for another year now. Without the ghost I would never have had a chance on their B&C. It’s definirely all that.Follow up- after a few years I’d recommend to be more careful with storage after season. The mirrors do get scratched up. My negligence. Also I ordered a carry pack elsewhere that’s great and less expensive. You’re probably going to want a low rise chair as well. So get a backpack that can fit the chair, blind and decoy.

The ghost blind is one of the most clever ideas I have encountered. And it works!I was using tree stands, but was never comfortable climbing up into one in the dark. A friend at work told me I should give this a try.The concept is easy- place the blind on the ground with the mirrored side away and slightly tilted down. Having brush or a tree behind you will be an advantage. Then get comfortable and wait. With the wind right, deer don't even notice you are there. I have had does come within 10 ft of me, looking confused when they look down and see me crouched behind the blind.

Ghost runner seemed a bit too short to me. Nice setup with matching seat.

Great blind! A little short, but can be remedied fairly easily.

I was very hesitant about buying this but once I got it and set it up I was amazed at how well it blended in. I do wish it had a better way of carrying it than the strap that was provided that broke as soon as I took it out of the packaging. I took a turkey the first time I sat behind it! This is a great product!!!

Only 26" tall so unless you dig a hole and stand in it not a lot of use, i spoke to the company and they arranged a collection and a refund so good service there. Do not confuse this model with the Predator version.

This is the best blind I have ever seen. You set it up with some bush or snow in front and you won't even see it yourself 15 feet away. Amazing product.

After much online study I decided to order the Ghost Blind Runner. I'm giving it four stars because I haven't used it enough to be sure it's perfect. I was originally hesitant to buy because of the price and it looked like some cardboard with mylar on the back. When I received mine I was pleasantly surprised with what appears to be a well thought out and fairly rugged product.I knew how tall it was; some reviewers evidently don't read and then give a low rating because they made the wrong choice. I felt sure that I would not want to carry the larger Predator model into some of the places I hunt. This smaller Runner model is fairly easy to carry through brush, and not too heavy. It is quicker and easier to set this up than to cut brush and build a natural blind like I did in the past. More important it appears to blend in so well that I believe I can set it up and hunt rather than need to wait for the deer to become accustomed to it. I'm fairly sure that it will fool turkeys. I will update this review if my results change.I sit behind it on a very short turkey hunting stool. No, it doesn't hide all of me, but if the blind was much taller I couldn't shoot over it with my bow. I always wear full camo including a face mask and gloves, even in hot weather. I'll post a couple of "in the field" pictures also.UPDATE: On a recent three day hunt I had a 3 point buck at 20 yards, a 4 point at 10 yards, a beautiful 8 point at 20 yards, and a big, old, wise buck within 15 yards. I was on slightly higher ground and the old buck never had a clue I was there until my arrow whizzed over him. The other deer eventually knew something was up as I tried to move for a shot. This thing seems to be a buck magnet, I usually see mostly does. :-) Seriously the more I use it the more confidence I have in it. Now if it could only help me make the shot.I did manage to post a couple of pictures, but they are not with the regular product pictures, maybe this is something new??? I also have a video of the old buck, but I'm not sure Amazon would want me to post it; it's more a hunting video than reviewing this product. The video is on my website & YouTube channel.

Important accessory - you mush have a short bench to sit on or you are sitting on the ground. I bought a $25 turkey recliner from basspro and it is very comfortable to sit behind this blind. On to the blind. If you notice the pictures, this blind works best when you have matching cover behind you. Otherwise, the grass/leaves/snow seem to rise above the skyline and you still stand out. That being said, if you have cover and a comfortable place to sit, you can disappear behind this blind.I set up last night (first night of use) on a field with a fence running through it - as with any land there are rises and dips and I sat where there was a slight rise behind me and had a thick post centered behind me (there is a gate so the post is thicker there). 4 does came out and trotted to the middle of the field to eat, but never looked my way. I had to watch them till dark before I could walk out and not spook them. I finally flashed my light at them but I guess with all of the cameras in the woods these days, they were used to that too. When they spooked they were looking to my left and when I glanced that way there was a bobcat 20 yards out and closing in on me. I watched as he walked 8 feet from the blind and never even glanced my way.IF IT WERE ANY HIGHER YOU COULD NOT SHOOT OVER IT WHILE SITTING!! The height is just right to sit in the turkey chair and put your gun on your knee and shoot over.I will probably buy another one of these so the family or a buddy can sit with me.
