I bought the grivel air tech wide crampons to use with this. Two of the teeth don’t fit in this crown as the metal for those teeth is too irregularly shaped.

Despite being designed to stretch for different crampon sizes, they still fall well short of fitting mine without curling them up (see photo). These are size UK12/US13. I'll most likely have to cut the crown between the heel and forefoot to get these to fit comfortably. Otherwise, they appear to have a tight grip on the spikes so they shouldn't come off easily.

I don't think it's as nearly effective as my old style black crampon protectors. The covers were too small for the size of my crampon points.It was too expensive (not to mention I didn't realize it was shipped from the UK to the US at an amazing price). Big disappointment!
