I don't work out forearms and this is a blast on my forearms. It's so st***d easy that I feel silly doing it but it's so effective. Unless your a professional body builder or pro athlete that utilizes forearms daily, this product it with it.

Product has amazing potential but mine broke within first 5 minutes of using it. I followed the instructions exactly. The piece that broke is the small black plastic piece that goes between the handle and the middle part. I also noticed that the knurling was deeper on one handle compared to the other. Product would’ve been awesome if the black piece didn’t break. Unfortunately, I did not get a chance to see how long the friction pants would last. When I looked on their website, they don’t offer a replacement for the black plastic pieces either.

I initially bought two of these for my son's wrestling gym, and for the most part, it worked well. My son and his friends were using them regularly, and I liked the results. However, one of the devices started to lock up after a short while. I tried to fix it, but eventually, the handle completely popped off, and it seems like the threading is stripped.I'm disappointed that you can only return it within 30 days, especially considering the price. For over $200, I expected better durability and customer service. I couldn't find any contact info to get help, so I’m left writing this review. The product does what it promises, but the build quality could definitely be improved.

I only bought this to try to see if I could rehab my chronic carpal tunnel and tennis elbow pain on my right arm for the past 4 years. To skip the suspense, It worked... and for the first time in 4 years my elbow pain is gone, plus now my right hand grip is now equal to left hand grip. It took about 3 weeks of almost daily use to see the results, but after that, Ive used it every other day to keep my conditioning. I did have some discomfort the first 2 weeks as i believe my tendons and ligaments were in the process of tearing down and rebuilding.I will say however, the system is not without faults. I had to return the first one because of stripped threads, but thank God the replacement was normal. It's also a bit quirky in how it operates but I look for results and not perfection. So..yes It's expensive but honestly I'm just glad it worked me...I'll take this over surgery and pills any day.

This item works when it works, but for my experience when adjusting to the max , all the screwing mechanisms just lock up and there seems to be no remedy. I’ve used rubber gloves for extra grip and even attempted to use a wrench but it won’t even fit. 200$ feels very over priced considering this device doesn’t even work properly… switching the pads for different workout intensity isn’t even a option.

This product is one of the greatest products that I have ever had. Not only has my grip increased like crazy in only owning this product for 2 days, but, it also allowed me to use some of my physical therapy exercises for my tennis and golfers elbow and has made my forearms feel so much better. I have really bad forearm tendonitis from powerlifting for over a decade and, this is seriously the only thing that has helped my grip strength as much as it does. Truly an amazing device.

Buying this is a no brainer.Currently I am training to become a firefighter. Many of the tasks require excellent strength in the forearms. It is something I lacked in previously (I've always exercised playing soccer). I've been using this and I will say that using this has significantly improved my forearm strength and my arms do not tire out as quickly. It is also great to pair when working out at home or even the gym. In terms of reliablility, it is well built made of metal so no worries about cheap plastic equiptment breaking on you mid workout.

Setup was pretty straightforward, lots of helpful vids on YouTube and Amazon. It came with the standard black pads but they’ve upgraded to new pink ones which are much better which i got from their site.They got video list of exercises . My fave move is kinda like holding handles like a pen and doing this brushing motion, gets my forearms burning fast.Been ramping up my training for summer, just spinning it while chilling and watching TV, only takes few mins to really feel it in my forearms.The price was a bit high, i held off buying it for a year but finally pulled the trigger and no regrets, solid grip trainer, really well made.
