The product is okay but they just threw the box of staples in a bigger box without any padding, so, of course, they arrived all busted up. Soooo frustrating. Too much trouble to pack up and return but with 30 seconds more effort they could have been delivered intact.

I overall am pleased with the products we received however I'm not sure if it is in the packing at the distribution center or the shipping thru UPS but the boxes looked like they had been run over by a truck. It caused the boxes inside to break open spilling the 5000 staples all over the box and breaking the full sticks into smaller sticks. They are still usable however by being in smaller sticks it requires the builders to reload more often.

The staples were what I needed but not usable. They were all out of the box and broken apart so you can not put them in staple gun.

Tape the box before shipping and it will solve this issue. I have bought from other shippers and they don’t have this. Staples are good used this brand before

Upon receipt, I opened the box and it was full of broken strips of staples.

What's to like? Like an old school jack-inthe-box toy. I wont send it back, I needed to finish a job. However I wont be purchasing this item in the future. I'm to scared.
