Their old grill cover was a lot heavier and thicker but still tore a hole pretty fast. This grill cover fits perfectly and is still holding strong a year later. It's even been through a few windy storms and holds up nicely.Originally I thought it felt a little thin and cheap compared to the old one, but it's held up quite well. It also being lighter also makes it easier to actually put onto the grill. It also doesn't get caught as easily on the pointed edges of the grill which is nice.

This is a high-quality and reliable grill cover! I’m very happy with my purchase. The material is durable and waterproof, effectively protecting against rain, snow, and sun. The 58-inch size fits my grill perfectly, and the cover is easy to put on and take off. I also appreciate the Velcro straps, which keep it securely in place even during strong winds. After several months of use, the cover still looks brand new – it hasn’t faded in the sun or cracked. Water simply rolls off the surface, keeping the grill dry at all times.Overall, this cover offers great value for the price. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to extend the lifespan of their grill!

I bought this about 18 months ago and the cover has held up well. The cover is set on a Weber Genesis gold grill with two side trays. Fits well and is a little snug. The grill is set up on a brown deck which gets quite hot because of its placement in full sun. With that said, this cover has exceeded my expectations, which quite frankly, weren't that high because of numerous poor reviews.I opened the amazon package and said to myself "Ok, it's a little thin but it was cheap!" I put it on the grill, and as I stated it, was a little snug, I like snug as even with the drawstring as a good wind can make a cover go flying (ask me how I know.)So here comes the meat of the review. After 18 months, the cover has held up well. No rips-no tears. Not really faded either. There's a small burn hole at the top of the grill from maybe 1/ illegal fireworks all through the neighborhood; 2/ my townhouse neighbors burning pallets in their fire pits; 3/ a Space X rocket misfiring??? Who knows it's a burn hole on a grill! Ok, the threading is coming a little loose on where it rests on a tray corner but that's probably me manhandling the cover over the trays. To summarize: It's a cheap cover that has held up exceedingly well considering the conditions it's subject to. My gosh, have you seen the prices of those name brand covers. I bought a vanity (college name) one the same time I bought this and that vanity cover already has rips and tears and I only use it at the vacation home.Save some money, buy this cover. Yes, I recommend.

This is quite a thin material. I don't see it lasting very long for the quality of it

I never thought I'd be writing a love letter to a grill cover, but here we are. Let me tell you about the epic saga of my BBQ grill and the crazy birds that once tried to turn it into a luxury condo complex.1. Bird Defense SystemBefore this grill cover came into my life, my BBQ was a prime piece of avian real estate. Every spring, I'd lift the lid to find nests, twigs, and sometimes even a very confused-looking robin giving me the stink eye. Enter this grill cover – the ultimate bird bouncer. Since I started using it, not a single feathered fiend has dared to set up shop in my grill.2. Unintentional Bird WatchingWithout the cover, my backyard BBQs turned into unplanned birdwatching sessions. "Oh look, there's Mrs. Robin bringing another twig," I'd say, as my burgers burned. Now, with the cover on, I can finally focus on flipping patties instead of evicting winged tenants.3. Easy to UseThis grill cover is not just for show; it's functional and easy to use. It slips on like a glove and stays put, no matter how determined the birds are. It’s like having a security guard for your BBQ – one who doesn’t ask for coffee breaks or a pension plan.4. Durable and StylishNot only does it keep the birds at bay, but it also looks good doing it. Made from sturdy, weather-resistant material, it has withstood rain, wind, and the occasional curious cat. Plus, it adds a touch of sophistication to my backyard – as if my BBQ now has its own tuxedo.5. Stress-Free GrillingThanks to this cover, I no longer have to worry about accidentally grilling a nest (or worse, a bird). My grill stays clean, my food stays bird-free, and I stay sane. It’s amazing how much peace of mind a simple cover can provide.6. Needs a Toggle for TighteningOne small downside is that the cover could really use a toggle on the drawstring to help it stay tightened around the bottom. On particularly windy days, I sometimes find myself chasing it across the porch. A simple toggle would make it perfect by keeping it securely in place.Final ThoughtsIf you're tired of playing landlord to a bunch of freeloading birds, this grill cover is your new best friend. It’s tough, reliable, and it keeps the craziness at bay. Plus, it gives your grill a classy look that says, “I’m serious about BBQ, and no birds allowed.” A toggle to tighten it would be a welcome addition, but even as is, it's a game-changer.Highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy bird-free barbecuing!

Wel made, great price point. Have had two wind storms and hasn't some off. Personally I have had many BBQs and covers over the years. The expensive ones look really nice, but they wear out too. Would rather just buy cheaper one and replace when needed. So far so good and I anticipate this one will last a few years.

It's like most BBQ covers but the drawstrings make it better. Most covers blow off relatively easy as we live in a windy area, the drawstrings on this one have kept it on completely. Very happy with this purchase!

Update:Now that fall weather is here, and the wind has picked up, I can see now that the cover really needs some weights along the bottom. Several times now I’ve gone outside to see the cover completely off the grill, as the pull string to enclose the bottom doesn’t actually hold in place. It’s still a great cover, but will definitely need something to weight it down.Original:I was a bit skeptical of the quality when I saw the price, but that didn’t last long. Once I got it out and put it over the grill, it looked great, and it’s settled in nicely now. There is a drawstring on the bottom, and it’s okay, it does its job, but I haven’t felt like using since the first time. Overall it’s a great cover, and should hold up for quite a while.
