My husband uses this grill basket when he uses the outside grill. This basket is perfect when you want to flip the food.

I got the grill basket. It has been a total game changer for our barbecues. It makes grilling veggies and small stuff so much easier, no more things falling through the cracks. Itโs sturdy, easy to clean, and cook everything nice and evenly. Seriously, if you love grilling, this thing is a must have.

Bought this to help "grill" some zucchini and mushrooms in the oven and it works great! The basket is deep enough to keep the mushrooms whole, but I wouldn't recommend smaller veggies like asparagus as the holes in the basket are pretty big. The handle is made of some type of plastic and even though it's supposed to be rated up to 400 degrees, I didn't trust it and removed it while using; when you remove the handle there is no locking mechanism so if you're going to flip it over make sure to hole the lips together (not hard at all to do) but make sure you have heat resistant gloves on! Overall, I really like this basket for grilling veggies in the oven!

The basket was useful although once grilled, some of the vegetables (peppers & onions) slid through the holes (due to the olive oil used) although large enough not to. Additionally, after one (1) use, there are now some burnt marks on it that we hope will go away after soaking & washing.We kept the removable handle away from the fire b/c we were sure how many degrees it could handle. Based on a lot of the responses, most keep it away from the fire directly as well while one said it did alright @500 degrees. This info. isnโt covered in the product description, so not sure if the item was tested for such.The slide on the handler ensures the item stays closed, which is also useful!

The grilling basket does the job of Grilling and Flipping the food with some ease. However, the basket cover sometimes opens up during flipping. The slider clip that holds the basket cover in place is flimsy and unreliable.

Excellent quality grill basket! This BBQ grill basket is excellent in it's size, design, quality, material, and very functional. It's portable with folding handle . The size of grill basket wide enough so you could grill 2 decent size fishes there & easy enough to maneuver on and off the grill with one hand. It's also easy to clean. I just had a cookout on the past weekend with my friends. So I used this grill basket on veggies , fish and skew meats. I really love it . Itโs very easy and convenient to flip the foods around without falling part. Plus , much faster than by flipping the foods individually. They are also great for shrimp , Hold the small seafood in place and easy to flip for even cooking. No mess and no food dropping in the grill. also It's deep enough to hold steaks andchicken breast , it was so much easier to cook because it held a bunch and did not need to flip one at a time๏ผand comes with a brush too also one pair heat resistant gloves ! highly recommend. Really very satisfied with this product .As for cleaning, I soak it in sudsy water after it cools, then scrape off excess charred stuff and throw it in dishwasher.The handle is removable so that it's easy to fit in my smaller double sink to soak and wash. This is a great product to own or gift if you or someone you know enjoys grilling, can be used on skewers, fish, veggies - great for Summer !

I've used it several times and it works, hence the two stars. The wood is deteriorating, and the paint has chipped. The mechanism is irritating, and I have burned myself several times using it. I wouldn't buy it again and I am looking for a longer-lasting more robust product.
