It's a solid stand. Super easy to put together; however, one major design flaw. The pictures in the amazon listing show the top of the stand at an angle between the two front legs; however, the actual product has one of the legs sticking way out in front which gets in the way when using it. I keep accidentally kicking it. Very frustrating. Also, a few reviewers mentioned the wheels are not easy to roll. While I would agree that it doesn't "glide;" I think it's quite perfect as it doesn't roll all over when you are using it; however, if you need to move it, it will roll with a slight push.

Some reviews here stated this was wobbly and unstable, however I can report the one I received is very sturdy and no wobble after assembly. I’m not using the castors that came with it. I use it to hold my Novation Bass Station II.The feet are at a strange angle as when you install the main post, it’s missing a 16th of a turn to be perfectly in line. I’ll get a washer at the hardware store that should solve the issue. Other than that, it sturdy, well made and I fully trust my BS II on it and will use it at gigs

The product appears to be used and possibly repackaged as new. Though the user manual instructs felt pads needed to be attached to the mount during assembly, the pads were already installed and have visible damage. The chrome center piece has signs of oxidation as well as rusting at the connection point for the mount. The build of this stand feels sturdy and I really wanted it to work but, it arrived in such a questionable state that I had to return it.It's possible this could be a one off experience so use your best judgement. I will update my review once I decide to reorder.UPDATE: I contacted the seller and they stated this was "cosmetic" and offered an 8% refund. I don't think it's right to send out products in this state and call them new. Their return policy requires the buyer pay for return shipping costs plus an additional 15% restocking fee - more money out of my pocket. I expressed my lack of satisfaction with an 8% refund when I simply wanted a replacement issued when they offered an 11% refund stating their "small profit margin will not allow more." I ultimately had to contact Amazon and am still waiting for a final resolve. Lowering my rating to a 1, down from 3 as I have given this seller more than enough chances to make this right.

So I got this expecting it to be like all the other cheap crap on Amazon. I needed a small rack for my new drum machine and I figured the photos were Photoshopped to make it look nicer. No, not at all. Like this is a seriously nice rack. Like shockingly nice. So I was gonna use it for my drum machine or my mini sound board, but now I'm thinking I'll use it for my MIDI controller and Ableton Live. Like it's stage quality, has locking wheels, and you could probably hurt someone real good if they jumped the stage. It's an absolute beast, worth every penny!

I ordered the Studio Mixer Stand DJ Cart by GRIFFIN. I selected this as a less-expensive option than others I saw, taking the gamble that it would be sturdy enough for my needs. This cart exceeded my expectations! It was incredibly easy to assemble, adjusts high enough that I can use it standing up (I am over 6' tall and this is not true of most 'standard' items), and was far sturdier than I expected. I am very pleased with this item, and will make more purchases from this vendor in the future because of this experience.

This is absolutely fantastic! It's sturdy! I thought this was going to be bulky, but it's quite small. Just the perfect size to place a mixer or a multipad electronic drum. Haven't added the wheels yet. Don't need it. I'll just add adhesive rubbers so as too eliminate movement. Great deal!

I have a small (bedroom) home studio. Small but not inexpensive. I was looking for something to safely support my Neo 2488 (don’t judge. It still the best all-in-one multi-track recorder.).I was looking for a mobile, safe, sturdy solution. The Griffin Mixer stand is perfect.Without reading the included I instructions I assembled it in about 10 minutes using the included tools. The stand is solid. It’s built to last. The hardware is heavy duty, not flimsy. With the wide base I don’t worry tipping over. The wheels roll smoothly for perfect positioning. Two wheels lock easily by simply pressing the locking mechanism. Now that I’ve got it I would have paid twice the price..or more. Truly a great dollar-for-dollar, “bang for the buck” investment. It’s versatile. The open ends would support a much wider unit (maybe up to 25-30”).So invest in your equipment and your peace of mind. Invest in creativity. Get the Griffin. It’s the perfect-addition to your home studio.UPDATEEverything I said above is still true. So I’ve had my stand for almost 3 months. I’ve done everything I needed to do with it. It is sturdy, NOT wobbly, NO sharp jagged edges, nada. I feel extremely comfortable putting the heart of my home studio (I.e,, my Neo 2488) on it.Easy assembly, solid construction, wheels roll super smoothly with no marks on a light beige carpet. When I need another this WILL be my go to.
