How to use Amogato Active Tape Dispenser?
- 1. Remove the black roller and add water to the tank
- 2. Install the wet paper onto the dispenser and place the glue side down under the blade
- 3. Wet the tape and cut to the appropriate length

I bought this because I had been manually wetting my gummed tape with a spray bottle. I gave this three stars because all in all, for the price point versus industrial models, it gets the job done. It’s not the most convenient however.Pros: It works. The rolling cloth wheel wets the tape to an appropriate level to allow for adhesive.Pro: far less expensive than industrial competitorsCon: The feed design is flawed. It has to essentially be refed between uses. This slows me down as opposed to speeding me up, which is what I bought it to do.Con: due to flawed feed design, I often find that one end is not wet properly and have to manually wet a corner.I do plan to keep it but am not yet sure if it’s actually adding anything to production.

it works great. My only issue is that my tape roll slides around left and right and gets misaligned and there seems to be a learning curve with how you rip the tape off because it tends to rip 3/ quarters of the way then gets frayed.

It works great it just took me a minute to figure out how to get it to work for me. Now that I have the hang of it I am so happy. It works great and helps streamline my packing for my small business. I like it so much better than a plastic tape dispenser.
