Everything works great for my yard. Plenty of power that lasts longer than I need. Batteries charge quick and easy to use. I use the mulching feature with a taller cut to save water. The trimmer is light and easy to operate, and the blower keeps my yard looking great. Definitely recommend their products.

Nice light and quiet machine. I replaced a 6 HP Briggs and I can do my whole back lawn with 1 bar left on batteries. Quick charge up and do front lawn and boulevard.I will most likely get the matching trimmer and get rid of noisy 2 stroke too.

First time buying electric mower and wish had bought this year ago. It is sturdy but very easy to manoeuvre and push as so much lighter than a gas one. Battery takes about 30 minutes to charge. Easy to adjust cut height and cuts well. Handle can be folded down to save space. It starts easily and is so quiet you don’t annoy the neighbors. All of the batteries for Greenwood’s products and interchangeable making them ideal for garden work. We shall be getting the strimmer next.

The Greenworks 48V mower works just as effectively as a gas-powered mower, offering plenty of power for a clean and efficient cut. The only downside is the battery life, which could be better—but nothing a little ‘Tim the Tool Man’ ingenuity can’t fix! Overall, it’s a solid choice for anyone looking to switch to electric

This review is for "Greenworks 48V (2 x 24V) 20" Brushless Cordless (Push) Lawn Mower (LED Headlight), (2) 4.0Ah Batteries and Dual Port Rapid Charger Included."This is my first battery-powered mower after many years of gas-powered ones. I was very reluctant to make the switch, but wanted to get away from some of the maintenance needs of gas mowers, as well as the need to have gas on hand all the time. The whole concept of a battery mower seemed strange to me. I kept picturing the toy mowers I had as a kid. Would it have enough power? Would it do a good job? Would it last? I can't answer that last question yet, but on the first two I am very pleased. In fact, I'd have to say that this mower did a BETTER job on my lawn than any of the gas-powered ones I've owned, AND it was easier to use. I'm not even sure how that happened, but it did. Here's what I like about the mower:- It's very lightweight compared to a gas mower (though not as light as a toy!)- The one-lever adjustment for all four wheels is super convenient and easy to use- It's really quiet and, of course, easy to start- I had no trouble pushing it up small inclines (this model is not self-propelled)- The height adjustment on the handle allowed me to find a comfortable position, which was not true of my last mower. All of these things bested my gas mower. One other thing I really like with a battery mower is that it's no big deal to stop the mower (maybe there's an obstruction in the path up ahead, maybe you get a text) and then restart it. You just let go of the handle, and then push the button when you're ready to go again. This is not as easy with a gas mower, and I found myself almost never stopping that one until I was done.I have a lot of "wild onion grass" in my yard, which is pretty tall and thick the first cut of the season. This mower did not clog or stop when I got to the thick patches, and handled them like a trouper. Also, my gas mower was self-propelled, and I was concerned whether this push model would be hard to push. It is not. I don't have any hills to cut, just gently-sloping lawn, and I had no trouble pushing it because it is light and has great wheels. In fact, at times I forgot that it wasn't self-propelled. But if you have bigger inclines or are not in the best of health, you may want to consider this option. I didn't find it necessary (let's hope that remains true as I get older!)The only thing that wasn't ideal was battery life. My yard is about a third of an acre, and typically takes a bit over an hour to cut. I didn't time it, but my batteries died when I was about half-way done. As I mentioned, the grass was thicker/higher for this first cut of the season, so I'm sure that used more juice, and I was also getting used to working the mower. But it is clear that I will not get my lawn done on one charge. However, I knew this going in, and this problem is easily solved by buying spare batteries, or just taking a break and doing the lawn in two halves, which I did (I weed-whacked while recharging the batteries). So if you're reluctant to take the plunge from gas to battery, I say go for it. And consider this model (or its self-propelled cousin) due to its great performance and great price. Consumer Reports rates it highly, as do I. I will try to update my review to comment on longevity/any trouble spots once I've used this for a while, but in all honesty, it is so reasonably priced that I could buy one every year and still save money over paying a lawn service, so I'm not too worried about its overall life span.

Updated 12/27/2023I have now owned and used this mower for a full season in the mid Florida area. It is still working great and has managed my St Augustine lawn with no issues although I have used Turbo mode a few times when I miss my weekly summer mowing schedule and my grass is longer. So far the batteries and mower still perform like new. Overall I am still very happy with this purchase.OriginalI purchased mine on Black Friday 2022 so I was tempted by a very good price. I live in Florida and have St Augustine grass so I was skeptical this mower would have the power I needed but so far I have been quite impressed. My home sits on 1/4 acre with grass front and back and I mow in mulching mode without the included grass box. So far a single charge on the supplied rapid charger just about makes it through the whole lawn. As a backup I got a spare set of batteries from Amazon but so far they have not been used. My previous mower was a self propelled 22" gas powered Toro which is showing its age but still works after 12 years. This Greenworks mower does not have the same power as the Toro but is much lighter and requires less effort despite being push only. It is also much quieter than a gas mower and there is far less vibration when in use. I have not hit the main growing season in Florida yet but so far I am happy. I will update when I see how it handles longer grass in summer.
