I was apprehensive about buying RTA filing cabinets. I didn't need to be. The cabinets arrived in heavy double wall boxes that were strapped and securely taped. Inside the box, all corners had molded plastic corner protectors to protect the most vulnerable parts for the boxes and its contents. All parts were marked and packed with polystyrene between them. The packaging was well designed and maybe was a significant amount if the price, which was very reasonable. I was surprised that the cabinets came with a good quality, cushioned-handle, #1 magnetic Phillips screwdriver and a pair of white gloves. The instructions were easy to understand and assemble took only about half an hour. Installing the drawers was probably the most difficult part of the assembly. The instructions suggest two people for installing the drawers: one for holding the drawer and the other for guiding the slots in the drawer sides onto the tabs of the ball-bearing drawer slides. I was able to install them alone, but it it would still be somewhat tricky with two people.In all I'm very satisfied with the cabinets. The drawers operate smoothly; better than the big-box cabinets that they replaced. I would recommend them for home office use.

if i could give this a zero stars i would; very poor quality, extremely flimsy, even when empty cannot open a drawer without it falling over, absolutely cannot be used without mounting to a wall. time consuming assembly. to difficult and costly to repackage and return

These are billed as storage or cabinet legs, and they are CERTAINLY built sturdy enough for that, but that doesn't give an indication as to how beautiful they are. I find them to be very elegant, and can take a simple table top and give it a sort of modern industrial touch that will really make it stand out. VERY WELL MADE, it is both designed and built to hold a LOT of weight while looking minimalist and almost delicate. Adjustable padding can protect surfaces more inclined to scratch or mar. Installation was VERY EASY, just mark and screw, and there you are. Perfect for a refurbished table, any kind of retro look, and definitely your first project if you're trying to build a table and you have the top figured out already.

I recently built an end table for my daughter and used these legs to complete the build. They are very sturdy and have a great finish that appears durable and scratch resistant and the included leg ends help to prevent scratches on the floor from the legs. My only complaint is the quality of the welds. They seem like they will hold up just fine but look like someone had the mentality of "bigger the blob, better the job". So, as long as the underside of the table isn't scrutinized, then hopefully it will never get noticed. Other than that, these legs look really good and give a nice minimalist design while still being plenty sturdy.

The paint finish was clean and well dont. Packaged well to avoid damage, drill holes were milled fine. My only gripe is how sloppy the welds were. They looked like bubble gum painted over. They are fins if you dont have anyone crawling under the table to inspect your work, but I wouldnt use these on a piece I was commissioned for. I wouldnt feel ok passing this off in a commisioned project
