Super Fischpfanne. Sehr zu empfehlen. Gute Hitzeverteilung, allerdings bei der Grösse besser auf zwei Kochfelder setzen. Es klebt überhaupt nichts am Boden an, wenig Fett erforderlich, nach dem Aufheizen Wärme runterschalten, ist sowieso besser für das Fischeiweiss. Einziger Nachteil: die Griffe werden heiss. Das nehme ich bei dem Bratergebnis aber gerne in Kauf.

Si vous avez une plaque à induction, il ne faudra pas vous attendre à ce qu'elle saisisse ce que vous mettrez dedans, même à puissance 9 sur 10, elle chauffe, mais ne saisit pas comme une Tefal, car elle n'a pas de fond en acier dessous. Elle a un fond normal. Mais pour des poissons, c'est bien car elle ne les brûlera pas. Pour de la friture, je déconseille, car elle met trop de temps à chauffer.

Ich bin sowas von begeistert von der Fischpfanne, nichts haftet an und der Fisch bekommt eine wunderbare Bratkruste. Ich habe auch schon Ofengemüse darin gemacht, auch das wird einfach wunderbar. Egal ob auf der Platte oder im Ofen, die Pfanne ist toll.
