This is an update about the negative review I left recently for this keyboard. I am now an happy camper! The supplier reached out to me, unsolicited, and offered to replace the keyboard, stating that some previous defects had been addressed. I received the replacement promptly and the new keyboard works just fine. No more disappearing emails. Thanks to the supplier for their concern and follow up. I now recommend this product.almost want to cry as I write this review, because I am so frustrated by this keyboard. As I type replies to emails, after a few keystrokes they will be swept into my drafts file, where I have to go back to retrieve it and try again. Only to experience…argh! The same thing happening. Beyond that, it does not fit handily onto its cover with my iPad mini propped up. It’s removable, which is sometimes OK, but not when you want to work with the combo on your lap. The iPad will fall backwards. It also is a bit heavy. I loved my old Logitech, which unfortunately I can no longer find. I don’t recommend this.

Fits like a glove and the keyboard being detachable is super handy! You can type from anywhere and having the mouse pad is super handy as well! Love this!

The case is very well built. Keyboard seems excellent and connects quickly via Bluetooth. Illuminated keys are a big plus. The touch pad is also very responsive. My one small gripe is that the base is flexible making it unsuitable for your lap if you cross your legs as I tend to do. You need a level surface for this case. Otherwise I'm very happy with it. Good buy. This is a replacement for my Zagg which broke quickly and wouldn't stay upright. This is far better IMO.They even included a little phone stand.

My ipad pro is a 2016 model A1673, which is one of the supposed supported models. Whenever I pair the keyboard with my ipad pro i get the message “Using Apple Wireless Keyboad May affect WIFI and bluetooth connectivity”. And then the keyboard doesn’t work. After looking into it on Apple’s website I found out that this usually means that the keyboard bluetooth uses the 2.4 GHZ band just like some wifi routers, and can interfere with each other. I checked the product support page and the product manual, no mention of this. But then there are all these amazing reviews, so what gives?!? Seriously no one else has had this issue?!? So yeah, the keyboard doesn’t work at all. I did try every step in the user guide to get it to work, no luck. One star for a decent case.

This keyboard does everything that I wanted a keyboard to do. It’s Bluetooth connectivity takes a few seconds from the time you switch it on. Soft and quality keys with a mouse pad, makes it the best.For me, the fact that I can use it for two devices at a time makes it one of the best. Different colors of backlight makes it beautiful especially when you use it in the dark. My son already asked me to order one for him.

Wouldve been a solid 4 if not for the keys. I love how easy it was to connect the devices, and the touchpad is great. My main issues though are that 1. It feels very cheap and easily breakable. 2. Magnets feel very weak when fully closed and I’m worried the keyboard will fall out. 3. my iPad doesn’t turn off when case is closed 4. This probably wouldn’t be a big deal for everyone but instead of the top keys being R T Y U mine are R T Z U. Finally 5. It’s very bulky and doesn’t fit into pockets that could fit a slimmer case. Overall it’s not the worst product, but its definitely not as good as it could be.

I tried and returned both the ProCase and YekBee for my iPad Air2 before buying this GreenLaw. Both had issues pairing with my iPad and/or with random keys not working. I liked the the clam shell swivel design of the ProCase and YekBee, but the quality was subar so I settled on this one and am pleased.This keyboard works correctly out of the box! Pairs easily my iPad Air2; battery seems to last weeks (so far), and all the keys work! I like the clamshell design of other keyboards better than this fold out/prop up design of this Greenlaw because A) easier to use on lap sitting in my recliner B) easier to carry the keyboard/iPad from my desk to my chair :). But this design with magnets folds up nicely and does the job.The touch pad is usable, but barely. I tend to just use the touchscreen anyway. Key feel is fine for me. Backlighting options are good and on/off switch is easier than other keyboards I tried.

Had this product for 6 months and the middle row stopped working. Having difficulty getting a response from the seller/amazon to honor the 12 month warranty. Will update this review if anything changesJan 2024. Seller contacted and replacement keyboard received several days ago, which seems to be working well

I bought the keyboard and when i connected it to my iPad the majority of keys did not work, i figured it just needed to be fully charged or my iPad needed to be updated. I did everything including the troubleshooting amazon recommended. I ended up coming to the conclusion that the keyboard was faulty. The trackpad worked great but only 3 keys worked. Returned, got my money back and bought a different keyboard that works great. Don’t waste your time or money with this product.

My 12 year old has been bugging me for a laptop because she wanted a keyboard and touch pad. We found this case for her iPad and she loves it. So far we haven’t seen any issues with it. We bought it a month or so ago and she hasn’t needed to charge the keyboard yet

Ordered this case for my new iPad after reviewing several options online and a Amazon. Received the package in good order, it was well packed, came with great instructions and worked right out of the box. Very easy to pair with my iPad and has not dropped the connection at all. Keyboard is very responsive with soft and well built keys. LED back lighting is very nice (better than expected) with seven different colors and best of all, you have three brightness settings.Pros:Well builtsturdy, good keyboard (not detachable), amazing LED lighting and strong hinge. Feels like a small laptop but can flip around to be a nice protected tablet. Great job designers.Cons:Heavy however, understandable due to solid materials it is built out of and great protection for the iPad.Over all, I give this an A+ rating so far (had it less than a week). In fact, my wife liked it so much she ordered one even after just purchasing a different one for her iPad.Highly recommend spending a little more and getting this great quality case and keyboard.
