Looks used but was in original box. This was delivered with water and dirt spots like it had been used and poorly rinsed off. The rubber sides were a little scuffed and black maybe from previous use. The box is cardboard so it did not cause black scuffs and dirt marks. I wanted to use it anyways last night and was going to but I couldn’t get the plastic clip for the pole attachment to pop out in order to reattach it (just came loose in the box) so I left it alone and will be returning it. Either the clip is broken or very flimsy quality (whole unit same cheap quality) and seems like it would break on you fast regardless.

my original sweeper broke last year - so I bought a sweeper from a chain store - it was expensive - and was not user friendly at all - - so I thought I would try one I could order from Amazon and it is even better than my original and very reasonably priced! Love it!!!!!!!!

Product works as it should. I do not recommend this one if you have a larger pool takes a very long time to vacuum but if you're on a budget like me this works great!

I have an oval above ground 7700 gal chlorine pool, this vacuum head has very good suction power. The way it maneuvers around the pool could be a little more smooth, other than that this vacuum head is very easy to use.
