These water shoes fit my son's regular shoe size. They are easy to slip on and seem to be durable so far. I have washed and dried them many times, and they clean well and seem to be lasting. He doesn't seem to mind having them on and there are no marks on his feet once the shoes are removed, so I believe they're comfortable. Recommend!

We bought these for our toddler for a recent beach trip that we took. He has an extra wide foot (we call them Fred Flintstone feet - they are as wide as they are long) so I took a gamble in purchasing these thinking that they wouldn't fit his foot. To my surprise, they slipped on easily and stayed snug on his feet. And they didn't rub any kind of blisters! He used them the whole time we were on vacation, running around the sand and the pool like a madman. They look a little worn after a week at the beach and I don't expect them to last beyond this summer but it was $9 well spent and I would gladly spend it again on these shoes.

We don't go to the beach/water park/pool without them! Our little man is super active and runs all over, these stay on his feet and keep him from slipping. Great way to keep little feet safe on the sandy/rocky beaches. They go on fairly easily and stay on. This is our second pair. They are durable, we bought this pair b/c he outgrew the last pair. Over time, the grippers on the soles do flatten out, but the rubbery bottoms still prevent slips and protect the feet. We size down one size from the shoes that he wears mostly b/c he wears socks with all his other shoes and doesn't with these water shoes.

Great for my little boy who used hem all through the summer down at the beach or in the garden. Well made and lasted well even though he is very active.

Running just a little bit large but I'm not sure I would go down a size as even though my grandson's toe is over a thumbs width away from the toe of the shoe, it does not slip and NO blisters, it does not come off (which was surprising as it does not seem to have the STRETCH that I am used to in a swim shoe), it actually STAYS on and my grandson has an average foot (not wide-not narrow). They go on fairly easy, my G-son couldn't do it by himself but he just turned 3. We use them at the pool in the sprinkler and at the lake. Really glad I found these shoes and at a really good price. I would buy again and probably will as I have another grandchild on the way. Overall a nice shoe at a very nice price with many nice colors to choose from, love the Aqua, it matched his Disney Monsters swim trunks!

2nd Update: I now own these shoes in basically every size 5+. I've had 3 kids and now my 3rd kid is going through them.. While some look more worn, they all still work great! They've worn them every day in the summer at daycare for water play and pool, and then of course they'll wear them when we go on beach trips (maybe 2-3 weeks a year). Updated rating to 5 stars.Update: after figuring out sizing, the shoes worked great! My daughter ended up wearing the size 5 last summer, the size 6 during a winter vacation, but now the size 6 is too small for her chubby feet. She can't get the shoes on, but it looks like lengthwise it could maybe fit. Either way, I bought the size 7 for the summer (she's wearing a 7.5 at Stride Rite now anyway) and will update if they don't fit.I can't comment on how well they work just yet, but I did want to comment on sizing in case it helps someone else. I read a review where someone mentioned their child wore a size 5.5, so they sized up to 6 and it worked perfectly.Well my child wears size 5.5 at Stride Rite, I bought the 6, and it's much too big! My daughter definitely has chubby, thick feet, and I think water shoes should fit snugly, but these were loose on her and definitely too long. I bought a size 5 and can update my review when it arrives. They seem to be of decent quality, look pretty nice, and have a good grip, so I decided to keep the size 6 for the future anyway.And the royal blue color is beautiful! Who says girls have to wear pink??

I was looking for decent water shoes that wasn't expensive since his feet grow so quickly but he wasn't ready for flip flops. These were perfect! I was concerned about ordering shoes online since they all fit differently but this worked out well. The mesh seems durable so far with all his running around and the elastics seem comfy with no deep indents when I remove them. I will say, the size is about half size bigger which may not be so negative given their growth. So 7 us more like 7+ or 7.5 US tots. One negative I will note us that the soles have more wear than I would expect but I will say to be fair, my son runs like a monster. He's not a sitter. This also means the sole material is soft enough for some good grip anywhere. There are rubber nubbins on the soles as well to prevent slippage with wet floors. Overall, I would probably buy another when he grows more. This is probably more suited for poolside and not on the street as it will wear the sole out faster.

These are the best little water shoes! Grandchild wears them in the pool and when the grass is wet after a rain. Fit is snug but that's good since they are worn in the water. Nice grip for walking in wet grass or in a swimming pool. Takes a little wiggling to get them on but still we like them to fit snug around the top of the foot. Grand's heel is narrow and this fits her perfectly. Haven't taken them to the beach yet. I've thrown them in the washing machine and they're still in great condition. Will buy these again when my grand has grown out of them.

i just received the shoes a size 4 US and my 20 month old daughter has refused to take it off her feet. i initially thought it was too small but it is a perfect fit. However I still feel i should have bought a size 5 if i had realized that the shoes had US sizes. i always want to allow a little room for growth. All in All a great product. I will buy it again!!!!

My daughter wears a size 4.5 so I originally bought a size 5 in this and it was WAY too big. Fortunately, Amazon has the easiest return policy ever and I returned the 5's and got 4's instead. They fit perfectly and we are very happy with our purchase! They're pretty easy to get on her little feet and she seems perfectly comfortable walking around in them. They save us at the pool or at the beach from hot sand and hot pavement on poor little feet and when we play in our wading pool in the backyard she barely ever slips walking around anymore. So happy about these shoes.
