This cute little UPF sun hat was supposed to be utilitarian. I needed cheap but effective. I checked all the big name companies and they were so much more expensive so I thought I’d give this a try. It’s the same type of hat for breathability, beauty and protection. Why pay more? Perfect for those sunny days for your little one. Actually, I can afford to get it in two colors now! 🤣

El gorro es muy bonito, yo lo ordene blanco, se ve muy bien en mi hija, la parte de la copa, es ajustable, tiene una banda que puedes estirar para ajustar el tamanio de acuerdo a la cabeza del ninio.Ademas el hecho de que son 50FPS me encanto, especiales para ir a la playa!

El sombrero me parece excelente para los bebés, se lo puse a mi hija cuando tenía 10 meses y a los 2 años aun le quedaba. Si llega a mojarse se seca súper rápido, se ajusta perfectamente a su cabecita, es ligero, cómodo y además cuenta con protección UV.

I love this hat, I purchased two for my daughter's, one aged 4 years, and the other 5 months old. I wanted them to have matching hats to protect them from sun exposure on a recent trip to a disney resort. They wrote them to the pool as well as in the parks and the bats worked great for both of them. It has an adjustable fit and was soft, flexible, and easy to put on. Additionally, I liked it for the infant because it was soft enough that she could layou down in it comfortably and still receive the benefits of the brim. I liked it for my 4 year old because it fit snugly once adjusted, and when it got wet at the pool, it quickly dried back out. A problem we'd had with other sum hats aso she'd play in the hat and get it wet, then it would stay wet fit the rest of the day, making it floppy and unusable. This hat avoided that issue completely. Would definitely purchase again.

Love this hat for my 7 month old! I use sunscreen but when they're so little it just never seems like enough. This hat is awesome. The brim is super wide to give excellent coverage. I purchased the 6-18 mo size and love that the inside can be tightened while her head is on the small side. The tie strings underneath are nice because the tightness is more flexible than a Velcro strap would be. When the hat gets wet the sides do hang down quite a bit, but that's to be expected. The front brim stays up so its not in her eyes. I want her protected more than anything and this does the job! So far she's never even been red from the sun! She does get a sweaty head underneath but hey, it's 90 degrees. We're all sweaty at that point! Great hat.

I bought this sun hat for my 3 month old and it fits nicely and should protect him from the sun. I will say that the brim is quite big. On one hand this is nice because it shields him from the sun (duh!), but on the other hand it sometimes gets in the way and I find that it easily gets knocked around or sometimes crumples up on him if he's in his stroller. As such, I'd recommend the i play flap hat instead of the brim hat. Nevertheless, I have used this hat as a little blanket for him when he's in his stroller though, and it is a nice way to protect his whole body from the sun. Lastly, I did think it looked a little girly for a boy, so if you're sensitive to that, I'd also recommend the i play brim hat instead.

I was looking for an option that would keep the sun out, but stay on my baby's head. This does it all. It has a wide brim, so additional shading such as sunglasses are not necessary. It has a 'cinch" to tighten or loosen it, which is a great option and will grow with the baby. I ordered the infant size and it fits my two month old great, give or take a few months. Not sure it will still fit at 6 months.....but I think the price is good enough, that I will order the next size up by then. If there is any negative about the hat, it would be that brim is a tiny bit too floppy, so I have to readjust it to keep baby's eyes visible. But, that being said, I don't think it would be comfortable for the baby if it weren't as soft and comfy as it is.

After first purchasing one of these hats for my newborn son, at the recommendation of a local parenting resource center, I have never been without a couple in rotation. They are one of my top 5 MUST HAVE items as a parent. We spend summer weekends on the Cape Cod beaches for up to 8 hours a day, with our now-2 year old. He's never without his iplay hat and he's never sunburned (as a pale blond, half Irish kid that is an accomplishment). This hat covers his head, face and shoulders and fastens securely enough that he will wear it without argument. Not to mention how adorable it is on! I have happily passed on his NB hats and 1 year old hats to my soon-to-be-born nephew, and despite several washings they are in perfect condition. I have a pink NB hat on the registry for my daughter, coming later this summer! One thing worth mentioning: I said that it fit as expected....meaning it fits my son's age/size perfectly, BUT my son has a ginormous head (95-99% all his life). Babies with smaller heads may need a smaller size, though the largeness of the design is intentional to provide extra protection. There is a drawstring to secure it around the head which makes the hats quite adjustable. I would order the appropriate size and know that you will get extended wear from it.

My daughter was 4 months old when I got this hat (about 3 months ago) to go on vacation in Guam. She wore this to the beach multiple times. Her growth percentiles are normally smaller to mid-range. Her head circumference is in the 40th percentile. She is 6 months now and the hat still fits perfectly, with room to grow. There is a little stretchy part that goes around her head and you can tie it to be tighter or let it out if your baby has a bigger head. She normally does not like to wear hats or sunglasses, but she kept this on the entire time we were at the beach. It keeps the sun out of her eyes because it droops ever so slightly and is made of a light cotton material, but will still hold up to multiple washes. The inner part is lined with mesh and I suppose it helps to add a layer of fabric yet still keep the baby cool. I would recommend this little hat to anyone, and I think it is a great value for what I paid and will hold up well for future use.
