Add this Opener to the toilet. I left it there for 2 days. Now works very "fast". It looks like it is good for a maintenance also. Like ones a year or so.
Impressed!

I was unable to snake my shower drain to clear a slow draining problem. I used 1/2 of the 64 oz. bottle of the Green Gobbler Ultimate Main Drain Opener and let it sit overnight for 18 hours. When I tried it the next day, the drain was completely clear!

Slow to drain pipe from bathroom caused by the use of an under sink food disposal was cleared overnight. Poured product down sink as instructed ran water down disposal to rinse product down the pipe. The next morning all pipes flowed freely. Very safe and quality product for a fair price. Remove organic material overnight!

Had a nasty clog in the wall from the bathroom sink. Dumped in half a bottle and waited overnight. Turned on the hot water in the morning and it started to backup, and then presto, it drained quickly. Great stuff. Doesn't stink. Won't attack your pipes. Easy to use.

I have 104-year-old home the plumbing is a little slow I use this on a regular basis. I usually buy it at Home Depot but I decided just to include it in with a delivery of some other items from Amazon but I didn't pay attention to the fluid ounces. This one is 64 fluid oz, I was surprised when the bottle was so small. The one I buy at Home Depot is 128 fluid ounces for $22.98.So I highly recommend the product but I will purchase elsewhere in the future.

First of all, you have to know that my husband & I are senior citizens that live on a limited income. So we don't have money to hire a plumber when we have a problem with the pipes. And both of us are handicap, with my husband having open heart surgery recently. Just wanted you to know why I was really hoping that this drainage opener would work for us.We have 2 bathrooms in my house, one on each end of the house. The bathroom that I call my bathroom was the one that gave us trouble. When I flushed it, the water did not go all the way down. I tried it several times with no luck. Then I plunged and plunged it with no luck. So I got here on Amazon looking for something that might unstop my toilet. This product had the best reviews and also sounded as if it would be easy for me to use. I was so excited to get it. Well I did as the instructions suggested. I poured the whole container down the toilet and let it sit for 24 hours. After 24 hours I boiled some water on the stove and poured it into the toilet and flushed. Still no luck. So several more times I boiled water and tried to flush it down the toilet. Then my husband told me that my tub was probably part of the problem because the toilet & the tub drain were connected together. So I got back on Amazon and ordered another container. This time when I got it I poured some down the tub drain and the rest down the toilet. Again I waited 24 hours, boiled water, poured it down the toilet and down the tub drain. Toilet still would not flush. I plunged both the toilet and the tube drain and still no luck. So next I came back here and ordered two more containers. One container for the toilet and one for the tub drainage. Once again I waited 24 hours, poured boiled water down both the toilet and the tub drain--and plunged and plunged with no results. For hours after that I kept pouring boiled water down the toilet and down the tub drain. By then I was crying because I had no idea what we were going to do because we just did not have the money to pay a plumber. I also have a medical problem that makes me a prisoner of my bathroom so it was almost a medical necessity for me to have the use of my bathroom. Finally a friend of mine had her husband to come over and crawl under our house and take the pipe apart that went to my bathroom. My husband could not do this because of his heart condition. What he found was a wad of toilet tissue plugging up the pipe. Now I have never put anything down my toilet but toilet paper so that made sense about what he found. I just don't understand why this drainage opener did not work after all the good reviews that I found and with all the bottles of it bought. If this had worked, I would have ordered some to keep for a maintenance dose--using one about every 2 months. I am so disappointed.

Per fortuna ho ordinato 2 flaconi insieme!//After we had several guests for over a year, some bidets, sinks and showers were not working well anymore and I was scared to threw hairs and stuff in there even though we asked them not to do so.Tried the Green Gobbler Ultima already for a bidet where the water took for ages to go, left the product for 24 hours and than rinsed with hot water: it went away like a dream! What's more: also the bath seems to be on the same tubing as there also the water went quickly at the next shower! Great!I am now going to do all others where the water did not flow away well. Luckily I ordered 2 bottles at once!

After having to pay out an obscene sum to a plumber to get me back in the game after my underground sewer lines had been clogged up, I found that I was still floundering, and needed help.I had been roto-rooted, and now, one year later, in the spring, when the roots are growing again, I was back to square one.I used the root-killer, and that had helped a lot, but my toilet still wasn't flushing quite right. I knew that there are other things that can cause sewer line backup, but since you can't see underground, you don't know for sure what's going on.But I definitely did have a clog, so I qualified for this little number.I poured the entire jug into the toilet, and let it sit overnight. Then, the next morning, when I flushed, (keeping my fingers crossed) it flushed normally, thank God, and acted like a proper toilet should, just as smooth as silk.It has since been behaving perfectly normally, and I couldn't be more grateful for this fantastic product.Realistically, all we are trying to accomplish is clear and open sewer lines, so that we can flush away the waste quickly and cleanly, without backups or complications. However we get to that condition, that's what we should do. If augering out your sewer lines is what needs to be done, that's fine. But to me, if we can achieve our goal in an easier and less expensive manner, that makes much more sense. In the past, we didn't have the miracle chemicals that accomplish the job quickly and easily, and a plumber was our only recourse. Now, however, plumbers are history, as far as I'm concerned. And it couldn't have happened any too soon.Quite honestly, just like the aircraft carrier rendered the battleship obsolete, these new natural chemicals have put the plumber on the shelf, where he rightfully belongs, and hopefully, will stay. They have been shamelessly milking the public for these many years, charging outrageous fees, simply because they have tendered a service that most of us are woefully ignorant about, and helpless in the face of a sewer system that won't drain properly. But in the end, all we're looking for is normal sewer service, and augering out the sewer line is very temporary, at best, because it only cuts out the tree roots - which will immediately grow back. But roto-rooting also gives him the opportunity to find untold other "problems," which he will need to "fix," and thereby pad his bill even further.Plus, getting rid of the hair and gunk that are clogging up the works, and hindering the free flow of the water in the line, which is the other reason for the services of a plumber. And so, we have two different situations: Roots in the sewer line, as well as hair and gunk clogs, which are two separate problems, needing two different solutions. But not to worry - Green Gobbler has them both covered, thank goodness! This is not exactly rocket science, but it is something that most people know virtually nothing about, and has long given the plumber the green light to squeeze us for every nickel he can get.And believe me, they are not bashful about sticking out their hand, palm up, and expecting you to fill it.Except it's far from nickel and dime; more like hundreds, or even thousands of dollars. If the simple introduction into the sewer line of scientifically designed chemicals, which are benign, and will not harm the environment or the skin of the person making the application, but will achieve the desired purpose, my own thought is that this is definitely the way to go.It goes without saying that a few dollars for a plastic jug of chemicals is considerably easier to deal with than a bill from the plumber that makes you need a second mortgage on your home. And I am not kidding. It's definitely a no-brainer, as far as I'm concerned.

I didn't want to use Drano again and risk damaging my pipes. My cheap plastic pipe snake was extremely difficult fitting through the small and slightly corroded access point or hard ninety degree bend in my old bathtub. The vinegar and baking soda trick wasn't working as well as it used to. And then I read about this product on a message board.I slowly poured about half of the small jug as instructed on my slow draining bathtub drain pipe, waited the proper amount of time (there's a small smell while the green gobbler is working - I cracked open a window and kept the bathroom door closed), and then flushed it with approximately 1.5 liters of boiling water from my kettle. About 4-6 hours later I still noticed a slight smell so I ran the hot water tap in my sink until it was really hot and then switched to the bathtub hot water tap to flush out the drain. I am not sure if those extra hours of any residual Green Gobbler sitting in my drain pipe helped or harmed or nothing, but my bathtub drain works amazingly well now.I find the product to be expensive, but it was worth it (as long as it didn't damage anything I don't know about).
