I have several items from this manufactor. All are excellent and less expensive than the ones that run ads all the time. I use them in my RV, car, and in house if electricity goes out. Glad I bought them.

Used this in an emergency situation when trying to get portable generator started and also for a short term power outage. Tried several items, separately. Runs a hair dryer for at least 5 minutes. Does not run heater. A Samsung TV lasts 2 hours. Runs laptop, 3 monitors, dock, and router for at least an hour. Use for short term power outages.

I did not want to run electrical lines to my storage shed bc I only need lighting for the short time I'm in there, so I mounted 2 LED light bars and ran the power cords to plug in to my unit, worked like a charm ...best idea ever!

I was very pleased with how long they charge last using various devices and the solar panels worked better than I expected when you tilt them rather than lay flat. I did not try any large appliances but cell phones, curling iron and other small appliances worked well.

Original review: Fresh out of the box, it only charges to 92% using the charger it shipped with. No errors on the screen. Tried usb-c charging as well. No fan running and it’s cool to the touch (indoors). No solution in the manual. Can’t figure it out. Other than that, looks and seems like a pretty nice unit that checks all the boxes. I ordered a second one to see if maybe this first unit is just a dud. Will update the review with my findings.Update 1: Fantastic documentation! Can’t say enough great things about the specifications and documentation. Very impressed! Unit 1 definitely has some display issues because the charge level indicator and output indicators are off. For example, it will say 120 watt output and the receiving device will show 140 watt in. Unit 2 seems perfect so far. Love the pass thru charging! I wish it shipped with a 100 watt charger and a 100 watt usb-c cable, but that’s a minor gripe. Very happy!Update 2: After conversing with the seller, we figured out that if I drain it 100% to 0%, then fully charge immediately to 100%, the gauge will reset. Now both units seem to charge and work identically, and I can no longer determine which is which. Paired with a 130w dell DC7455 plug size charger, it charges at ~99w on ac alone, and can be plugged into USB-C charger to charge even quicker if needed. I drain them both daily and am extremely happy. Debating on getting a 3rd. Compared to others, it is a fantastic sweet spot of a deal. DC Input DC7455 ; DC Output DC5521; Recommend getting the 130w dell or greater charger as the 90w dell one tends to over heat and shuts down after an hour because this battery will pull 96w from it. That’s a good thing on both sides. Very happy!

It's a pleasure to find a product this versatile and well made. Even more pleasing is finding a company that that makes extraordinary efforts to communicate with and satisfy its customers. Grecell does both.A few months into owning my HW01 power station I encountered a problem with the charging input that caused my unit to lock up. I contacted customer support through Amazon and received a reply in less than 24 hours. Some more back-and-forth took place as "Amy" and I explored the issue. Every exchange took less than 24 hours between messages. Finally, Amy determined that the unit had to be returned. She then send a paid UPS return label (online, not through snail mail) adding that they would replace my unit as soon as they confirmed that I had returned everything I had originally received from Amazon.I returned the unit to a California facility.Grecell could have required me to wait while they resolved the issue and returned my unit but they didn't. They could have looked for some way to avoid handling my problem under warranty, but they didn't do that either. What they did was make every effort to insure that I was helped promptly and with exceptional accommodation. I received my replacement power station yesterday.That kind of service is rare and wonderful. Receiving it evokes a happiness I had to share.

I only gave it four stars because this battery pack doesn't last very long, but it really is awesome and worth the purchase!!!! It powers my electric blanket for about 2-3 hours. I use my hair straightener, etc. The solar panels do charge it, too! So awesome.
