Bought this because they were cheapest but they’re so thing, they’ve ripped spilling contents when shipping usps. Also it seems black envelopes get lost more often.

Fits a letter size paper folded in half (8.5 x 5.5 inches), so it’s really great for handmade cards! My only gripe is because it’s black, every fingerprint smudge will be visible on it so be careful when handling it. Otherwise, it’s very nice!

All 3 packages we bought had the inside flaps glued to itself. It was very difficult to open the envelope to put anything in them without ripping the envelope. I would not recommend this product, especially for the price. Unfortunately we had to buy 2 more packages to match what we already had, otherwise we would have bought another brand.Also, they are very thin envelopes and not very secure. Good thing we were only putting ONE folded 8 1/2 x 11 paper in them.

These are not quality envelopes. They are thin and the black ink on the outside can smudge. They worked but I wouldn't order again.
