So this new cover is vented & meshed which should allow for better cooling although my ssd has a heat sink I thought this would be a better idea & it looks great.

Fits ps5 pro perfectly. But does leave tiny tiny gap up were this cover tapers in towards the screw section. But not enouth to bother anything im just ocd and it doesent bother me. Grab one it has been proven heat testing the m2 runs cooler with vent holes or cover off. So this is perfect. And looks cool even though you dont see it. But looks cool when fitting lol

I recently decided to expand the storage capacity on my PS5. After looking around I decided to change out the expansion cover as well. In my mind this will help to keep the expansion cooler. So far, so good! No issues and fits perfectly.

I lost my cover when I put in a different SSD so I had to get a replacement. This one was cost effective and a perfect fit. It seems like it may allow better airflow but also keep out dust so I can recommend this as a good option for the PS5.

Like : Easy to install & it look awesome in Chrome finished! Definitely winner in the looks department.Dislike : Kinda pricey if compared to other known brands with similar performance. Could have been a little cheaper.Conclusion: The only reason I bought this is because of it’s look. But performance wise same to the other known brand. Got a 4TB WD Black to cool off so I replaced the stock one for this. The other brand designed is kinda old school this a little bit cheaper not by much. If you don’t care about the look go buy the known one.
