They broke as I was installing them

Unless you are the type that is easily foiled by a nut, a bolt , and a drop of Loctite, you too can do this!Despite the misleading and rather snarky negative review below, these do, in fact, 100% fit the Tonepros T3B TOM bridge (mine's on a T3BP on a USA SG, and are perfect fit without touching the original anchors).I have no idea what "mild destruction" alluded to below could possibly occur during installation? It's a nut and a bolt. No "deep modification." No "geat effort." Again, a nut and a bolt.If they (Tonepros) didn't mean for the saddles to be serviceable (ie. replaceable), they could have (should have?) used some other type of fastener (welded, press-fit, rivet, ...). Actually, anything other than a nut and a bolt. All you need is an appropriately-size philips head screwdriver and a 4mm hex socket (or 5/32" in Roman Catholic, as James May says). That's it. I re-assembled with the tiniest drop of Loctite, but I imagine you could get by without it.These are well worth it, fit perfectly, function well, and sound great. Worst case scenario, you strip a philips head and need to use vise grips or similar to help get it out. Big deal! Just don't be ham-fisted, and don't lose those tiny delrin washers (12 total) that are on the T3BP bridge, and you'll be fine.Since you are considering buying these, you are probably not putting them on an original vintage bridge, but rather on a replacement bridge anyway. So what's the big deal?If you are confounded by a nut and a bolt, you probably shouldn't be working on a guitar in the first place. Otherwise, have at it! They are a perfect fit!

1-12-2022 - Product Description says: "The PS-8560-00 is a great option to upgrade or replace the existing saddles in your TonePros T3B or T3BT tune-o-matic bridge. These are a drop in replacement making for a quick and easy install".The TonePros T3B and T3BT are not serviceable in regard to saddle replacement. This is a fact, and it was also confirmed to me via TonePros Customer Support (James at Tonepros in Oakdale, CA 95361). Replacing the saddles on a T3B/T3BT would require some mild destruction and likely repair/replacement of each saddle drive-intonation screw & nut. This product description is wrong, and this same description is also repeated at the GT website. I did want to replace the individual string saddles (and/or all saddles) on my T3B/T3BT bridge, but it is simply not do-able without great effort & some deep modification of your TonePros T3B/T3BT Bridge. The PS-8560-00 is worthless UNTIL the Graph-Tech Company explains otherwise. Call me.

I bought a set of these String savers as they are the correct fit for the Gotoh metric bridge that is a great upgrade in itself for the Epiphone Les Paul guitar over the flimsy, noisy low grade stock unit that comes from the factory. These in particular are for the Gotoh Bridge that are clearly marked "Japan" in the cast body. Graph Tech makes many different TOM saddles for the various US and Import guitars.I never had any 'string breakage' issues with either the stock TOM or Gotoh that both use steel saddles. But with both there is an inherent high raspy-ness or sharp high frequency tone that takes away from the solid thick tone that players generally prefer from a solid body LP guitar. This is found more so on the unwound strings. I have 2 Epi LP's with the Gotoh metric bridge and Aluminum STOP. 1 of them is the Bonamassa w/humbuckers, the other is the '56 Pro w/P-90's. Using the JBLP as my experiment guitar with the String Savers did exactly asI wanted and rid the guitar of that high end harmonic raspy-ness I mentioned. Already a resonant guitar, these GT String savers help even more in transferring the string energy which makes it sound like it should. Clear and thick.Just before typing this out, I ordered another set for my '56 Pro. If I wasn't impressed I wouldn't have bothered. I like most any guitarist these days will spend small fortunes on our tone quest. But I'm finding that its these little inexpensive mods that all add up to a better playing and sounding guitar in the long run.
