I like the size and overall look of this Dispenser but the problems we ran into where you have to push the button in pretty hard and far to open the trap door. It's a little tricky to clean and doesn't work week for bigger items like gold fish crackers or cereals. Quality is probably a middle ground rank. As far as I can tell my food is fresh in it but all I've got it in right now is rice. 😅

OOOO I love this! Comes with labels/stickers and a marker and a cheapy foam brush that i wouldn't ever use. But the grandkids might like the stickers. Mine came with no pamphlet or directions of any sort, so i had to fiddle with it a bit to figure out how to open it to get in there and clean it. It comes apart very easily. Just unscrew the little white stem with a flat head or butter knife via the cross on top and pull the stem out. Then grab the bottom of the spinner with one hand and the top of the plastic with the other hand (assuming you have 2 hands) and twist it counter clock wise. The Clear plastic dome will come off and all the separators will individually pull out. Just make sure you put it back together correctly and that you have snapped all sides down into the slots and twisted it back into place. After i cleaned it, I didn't get it all down correctly before filling it and ended up having to empty the thing and start over. But once i got it, man is this thing just perfect. Having grains and beans and seeds easily accessible and visible makes sure that i will use them. I have for 30 years had all my rice and beans and pop corn and seeds etc.. all spread around in different containers , stuffed here and there in cabinets and on the counter and in fridge drawers. Now they are all in 1 spot and looks so pretty. I couldn't be happier with it. It is not going to be "air tight" due to the type of lid and it being a "dispensing" unit. We don't have bug issues but I will be putting bay leaves in the center hole just in case to help prevent any gnats from feeling free to crawl in there. The hole for dispensing is pretty big (about and inch to an inch and half) so it will easily dispense just about anything that is uniform in shape. Probably not cereals or nut mixes though because they are not a uniform shape. But i bet some rounded candies would work like mini m&ms and recies pieces and pnuts and macadamias or smaller coated gum pieces... things like that if candy and smaller nuts is more your thing. Just make sure whatever you place in it, is smaller and all the same shape in each compartment. I may get a second one for stuff like that.

This dispenser solves a problem that's long irritated me in my small kitchen - not enough counter space to keep everything handy, and a pantry that's narrow and deep so I often wind up taking out half the contents to get to what I need. This dispenser is a great solution. I could use a little more capacity - each slot holds about a small bag of rice - because when the college kids are home I'll need to refill it annoyingly often. But for just me, it's fine.My chief complaint, and the reason it's a four star: It's really hard to fill without making a mess. The brown rice that I was transferring directly from a small bag was no problem, but transferring from bigger bags tends to wind up with grains jumping ship into their neighbors' slots. I buy big bags and take a little out of the freezer at a time, so this is a problem I will continue to try to solve. I've tried two different-shaped measuring cups so far but neither has worked, though.

I’m thrilled with this dry food storage dispenser! It has made organizing my pantry so much easier. With six clear compartments, I can store various grains, beans, seeds, and even small candies in one spot, which makes everything easily visible and accessible. The rotating design lets me quickly access any compartment I need, and the push-button dispenser works well for most dry foods with uniform shapes.Setting it up was a breeze once I got the hang of it. It took a bit of fiddling, but now I can easily take it apart to clean and refill. I love that I can adjust the compartments by removing dividers, giving me the flexibility to store larger items if needed. The included labels and marker were a nice touch for keeping everything organized. While it’s not completely airtight, it fits my needs perfectly and sits comfortably on my countertop without taking up much space. The one downside is that the lid doesn’t lock, so you need to be cautious when tilting it. Also, it would be helpful to have a way to measure specific amounts, but overall, this is a minor inconvenience. This dispenser is practical, looks great, and has significantly reduced my clutter. I’m even considering getting a second one for other snacks and smaller items. Highly recommend it if you want to keep your dry goods organized and easy to access!
