Was three pieces spliced together. Lots of waste for my project because of the lengths. Couldn’t finish project. Wish I read the reviews to see others had the same problem.

As I unrolled this I noticed red tape holding a 20' and a 30' section together. Aside from that, the wall thickness is not even. On the positive, the pieces did seem fresh and new, not sticky or holding a set. Too bad it is not advertised as not being a single piece.

Perfect rubber tubing for a F3L (F3RES) model sailplane high start. Does come in two pieces, so have a joiner (a piece of allthread with an acorn nut on each end, and a couple zip ties) ready.Arrived on time and well packaged. Tubing was fresh and not old. Best price and lead time around.

It worked perfectly fine for my purposes. Arrived on time. One caveat: If you need a continuous 50' length you will have a problem as there may be a few splices held together with tape at various points in the roll. I only needed short lengths for making insect respirators, so that was not an issue for me. I didn't rate the durability because I have only had it for a few weeks. I expect it will last for several years for my purposes.

Laughed when I saw that the other review for this was for slingshots too. We use it to replace the tubing on some water balloon launchers when the tubing breaks. Much more durable (although stiffer) than what comes with them as it has a much thicker wall. If you are looking to replace tubing on a 3 man launcher, this is the tubing to use as it has a thick wall that will last 10 times as long as a thin wall.My only complaint is that about every roll always seems to have a spot that was cut and taped back together part way through the roll where it seemed like in manufacturing they started a new roll. It's annoying, but at the quality and price overall this still beats out any other product that I still give it a 5 star.

I ordered the tubing for a physics project, which is the end of the year "catapult project". In the past we have tested heavier types, even the heavy black one, but this was very durable and light. I first thought it was very light and may not withstand the forces and snap, but it was just the opposite. It is very durable, and has great flexibility. I did not use it for medical purposes so I could not comment on such usage. Great product overall, and compared to the medical supply stores, the price is unbeatable.

While this is not very thick tubing, it is functional. We used on a school model catapult project and my son won the award for longest launch (other students used bungee cords). We used 4 loops for strength/force and that worked great. I think this would also work well for balloon launcher although I would probably use at least double loop of the tubing for a balloon launcher since the tubing is a bit thin. Overall great value.

Works for Slimgshots!Face it, you know that there is nothing "surgical" that you are using this for... you're going to build a sling shot. :)For that purpose, we used it for our Trail Life Troop. It was good, durable, cheap and gave that nice snap that makes the rocks fly.It looses one star for two reasons, first, it is very "slick" so it required a bit more securing to the wood then other tubing I have used (there is 0 "tackiness" so it slid right out of the binding). Also, when pulled back to pull tension, there seemed to be a point at which you could keep pulling back but would not get any more power out of the tubing. But if you have a bunch of 6-12 yearolds and some Y shaped branches... this is what you want to order. Have fun! :)
