I don't understand the positive reviews of this product. This is nothing like ParaFilm. It is simply plastic wrap.- Difficult to break or perforate which is important as buds on the scion NEED to break through the tape.- Does not stick to itself.Spend a little more money and get some ParaFilm.

I like the price. I don't like how it has a tendency to come unraveled somewhat easily. It's effective at keeping contaminants out of my mycology petri dishes. It strangely doesn't last as long as I thought it might. Maybe 50 plates if I wrap conservatively. Still, I'll buy it again, as Parafilm is highway robbery. Thinking of switching to condiment cups for my agar work.

Easy to use. Great price. Good quality. Could need work as far adhesion.

I use this for wrapping food container lids for an added seal. Stretches slightly and does not tear easily. I've found a good use for something intended for something else. Maybe one day I will graft some fruit trees with it.

This is the first time I've used grafting tape so this may be user error and lack of experience on my part but I found this 'tape' to be more like a weak cellophane and should have saved my money and used the cling wrap from the kitchen. This tape did not stick on itself and I struggled to create a hold strong enough to support the damaged plant. I left it on the bent/broken stem as a covering and used a stronger bond tape over it with a small cardboard support.

I use these to wrap agar plates. It’s a lot more economical than using parafilm.
