The screw that holds the tray level fell off after just a short time. Now the tray tilts down! would not buy this again.

I thought I had a bolt missing but it was hidden in the pipe and it does tell you that in the instructions:/

Works great for the price. Arrived fairly quickly. All parts are there, no problem. Only negative thing I can say is that the edges of the tray itself are a little sharp so will need to be a little careful not let my hand slip and maybe get cut. Otherwise great!

Ordered this for veterinary surgical use. Light weight. Tips if rotated. Works for spays and light surgical packs, need something more heavy duity for orthopedic use.

Great product but the edges of the tray itself were not cut well and they were sharp. Took an injured finger to figure that one out. Hope just a manufacturing flaw.

I ordered this Grafco Mayo Instrument Stand with Removable Tray almost a month ago. When we received it, not one but two vital parts were missing. It is worthless the way it is. I followed the instructions from Amazon.com, and sent two emails directly to the manufacturer. I have received NO RESPONSE to date.I am sooooooooo frustrated. I would NEVER order from this manufacturer again....ever !!!!
